The food was delicious. Every bite was savored. I thought the menu was reasonably priced. The food service was erratic at best. We ordered a couple of appetizers and entrees. We're got one entre, then about 20 mins later an app, then later another app.. The rice and bread came out when we were almost finished with the meal. The staff was friendly but obviously overwhelmed by the busy dinner crowd. I recommend the place but maybe at a quieter time or for take out.

Great little restaurant..Sleek vibe with cool background music but definitely not loud enough where you can’t have a conversation. The service is fantastic and the food is amazing. The sauce and the flavors of all our dishes were incredible. We had the sweet and sour cauliflower which was to die for. Days later we are still talking about it. The black lentil and paneer entrees were also delish. 100% make a reservation - there was not an empty table at any point in the night

We arrived at 6pm and places food order around 6:15pm. Did not get any food served until almost 7pm. And we were not the only ones. Tables got seated around the same time also waited on their empty tables for over half an hour. The wait was very unpleasant given that it wasn’t even busy when we arrived. Food was good tho.

They seemed very understaffed. Food took forever to come out. Long enough to make me feel invisible to the waiter. But the food was well worth it. Portions are decent. You paying about $15 per item. Nice date spot

We went to Bhatti for the second time in 2 weeks on Saturday! We love it there. They have amazing Indian food and the staff is welcoming and friendly. We originally booked an outside table but it was cold so we asked to sit inside and they were very accommodating! I had Chicken tikka masala and my husband had lamb Rogan josh. Both were excellent. We are planning on another visit to NYC soon and we will be back to Bhatti! Definitely recommend!!

My husband and I were visiting N.Y. for the weekend and we wanted good Indian food. The food here was amazing! We lived in London for a while and the food at Bhatti was better than any Indian food we had in London! I had chicken tikka masala and my husband had lamb rogan josh. We sat outside because of Covid and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff was attentive and friendly. We definitely recommend Bhatti Indian Grill. We will be back! Thank you so much!

Had a birthday dinner for my mother dinner was delicious service was on point as well as their COVID precaution. Very clean and authentic ambiance. Would definitely come back again! I would recommend chicken tikka masala garlic nann lamb vindool!

The food was delicious! The restaurant was cute, but they left the door open a lot (for COVID safety - which is good), but it did make the restaurant freezing. I do believe they had outdoor, heated seating otherwise. The service was fair -- a bit inattentive -- but polite and kind when they did visit our table.

I had high expectations after viewing online. The staff is kind but needs LOTS of training. The environment is lackluster. The food wasn’t bad but with so many better Indian restaurants in Brooklyn, it wasn’t worth the trip out. Hopefully they get better down the line.

The food was absolutely AMAZING, fresh, steaming, and the meat was so unbelievable soft and tender!! They even gave us a small dish to taste on the house because my friend and I probably ordered so much food lol - but the server was super helpful in assisting us decide what we should order. Can’t wait to go back!

Great experience even in such tough times. I gave few less stars on service to get their attention to detail on the order. We had ask for the condiments which are key to enjoy such great meal arrived when at the tail end when we were almost done with the meal. Picky review yes but in such times, I'm willing to pay extra COVID tax, sitting out in freezing Temp (not even complaining about heating). I'm in no way looking for great service but key times.

We've been to Bhatti twice. The first time was a few years ago and it was great. This time around, nowhere near as good. There wasn't enough staff to handle the tables. We waited a while for our orders to be taken, and when they were, it was not done in the friendly type of manner you'd expect. White wine was just put on the table and not in anything to keep it cool. Also noticed that there were a number of orders going out to delivery services making service to the tables slower than it should have been.
