Food and service were amazing. Definitely coming back. We started with the daily soup it was great. Theb as a main we ordered red curry cauliflower. It was so good and fulfilling for two people. Since we do not eat meat this was a great choice for us. We were more then happy with our visit.

It was so nice to be able to sit in the beautiful restaurant looking out at the park and have my fav Gotham salad with my friend. The spacing of the tables made it very comfortable. The service was great. So happy it’s back!

This is a a place I have been too many times and this visit was lacking. We had to wait 20 minutes for our reservation. I ordered the the lobster salad for $42. which was a very small portion of lobster salad on a pile of avocado mush. The beautiful murano drinking glasses are gone, the service was mediocre at best; we had to ask for bread 3 times. The atmosphere is still lovely but it seems like many things have changed since the pandemic.

Might recommend but with reservations (and I don’t mean just to make one).

This was an absolute perfect afternoon tea for two. The ambiance was great, the view was amazing and the bite size sandwiches were delicious, a little on the dry side but great taste. Petit fours just the right amount and even though the scones are supposed to be the second course we left them until last as they are our favorites and they didn’t disappoint. Will definitely go again.

Afternoon tea here is a lovely experience in a gorgeous setting with a lovely view. The service is quite lovely. The only thing lacking here is the vegan/vegetarian options for the sandwich selection.

BG is a magical step back in time. Take the escalators to the 7th floor. It's a wonderful trip through the store. The views of The Plaza, Central Park, Fifth Ave and Central Park West are uniquely stunning. The entire staff was wonderful. Our server Nick was so hospitable that we felt like we were being taken care of in a friend's home. Excellent service! Perfect place for a daytime celebration.

Monumental bergdorfs has been symbolic to us . We have been visiting it for a long time . Suggestions - more vegetarian options , more variety and more fun food options . Great spot , location , ambience , service is impeccable . It was a super experience for our anniversary celebrations

We had lunch here several times. The servers here are just wonderful and I have great memories. We sat on the window face Fifth Avenue and enjoyed the view with our delicious lunch and coffee. Just wonderful!

Food was extremely mediocre for the amount I paid. Croque Madam was not great, luke warm latte, dessert was redeeming.

I treated my oldest friend in the world to afternoon tea for her birthday and it could not have been a more perfect experience! The service was attentive, the food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our tea and champagne.

Afternoon tea to celebrate my auntie's birthday. The tea is very good. Sandwiches are good except egg salad, dessert is average. But view is nice. Worth of visiting for special occasion.
