The wait staff was great and the food excellent. We spent 3 hours with good friends it made for a perfect evening
We had a great time.....thank you for everything!
My husband and I had dinner at Beverly’s at the Couer d’lane resort for a belated Anniversary dinner. This was our second time at the restaurant.
Fairly empty restaurant with an 8:15 on reservation and the week after New Years but we were immediately sat at a 4 top table with very hard and uncomfortable chairs opposed to one of the (many) vacant more intimate and COMFORTABLE booths. We asked to be moved and we were accommodated but could tell they weren’t overly enthusiastic about moving us. They moved us to a booth that faced another 4 top table that was full with a family and a small child. To summarize; you end up looking directly at the people in front of you from the booths. There were several other empty booths with empty tables in front of them that would have been better for us as well as the family we were “staring” at. I didn’t feel comfortable asking to be moved over again and no one on staff mentioned it. I assumed they had reserved those already otherwise they would have put us in one of the empty ones to begin with. There wasn’t another person to come in after us and they remained empty the entire time. After making a joke or two with the family in front of us , we all agreed that the layout of the tables and booths are the only “ problem” with the restaurant.
My husband also had a piece of glass from the booth cut him as he was scooting over closer to me. The staff did pick up our dessert and two glasses of wine for his inconvenience.
Our server was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the menu and the food was great. We will most likely go back next time we are in Idaho. I would suggest mentioning where you would like to sit before you book. Or at the very least have a walk through so you know what you’re in for with the booths/ Tables.
We enjoyed the sunset menu, but we had to ask for that menu. The view was amazing.
We dined in New Years Day, so all of the busy holiday rushes were over. The menu was inviting and the staff superb. We had a delightful experience as we have had for the last several decades and will continue to return.
Beverly's is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is amazing every time and you get spectacular views of Lake Coeur d'Alene.
We had a good time our server was great his name was Ryan. Apps soup and salad were good. Unfortunately are dinner was cold and rushed no to exciting. I am a chef we just recently moved to the area
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the service was fantastic. The only comment we made to one another was about the bread. The bread was carried by a server on a wood plank and placed on our plates upon request. The bread was no longer hot, only luke warm and the taste was not fresh.
This was not the first time we have been to Beverly's. It is a very nice place to dine, and we like going there for our anniversary, and maybe for Valentines Day. As I stated above the food is always excellent as well as the ambiance.
It took about 30 minutes to get our salad. And then it was about 45 minutes before we got our entree. Server apologetically said that she wanted to give us a chance with our appetizer. Maybe it was due to a very busy Saturday nite.
Outstanding all around. This is a place for special occasions. Everything is super!!!
Food was very good like normal! Only disappointment was they did not have their delicious orange rolls, (was told their orange roll oven was down?) so we substituted with their tasty sourdough rolls instead. We will return!
Beautiful location. If you generally have trouble reading the menu due to dimly lit ambience, fear not! The menus light up! Ask for a table by the window or Table 18 if you're going as a couple. Definitely order the scallops. If you have children, the cotton candy sundae will knock their socks off! Great service!
Fantastic food, service and ambiance. The food and service is top notch! It's pricey no doubt but you get what you pay for. I would recommend to anyone looking for fine dining!
We made reservation for an anniversary and marked that special occasion on our reservation through open table. It was not acknowledged at the Restaurant. Disappointing.
My daughter got lemonade that tasted like water; her fries were rock hard. My steak was okay however the rest of my food was luke warm/ almost cold.
I was really excited to bring my daughter to beverly's for a date, but unfortunately was somewhat disappointed.
Not sure we'll be coming back.
The view was nice; the hostess was very pleasant as well.
Lovely Xmas eve after mass experience with the whole family. Beautiful lights, good food and reasonably priced.
Beverly’s made Christmas dinner enjoyable beyond words.
We were able to get a last minute reservation for 5 on Christmas eve for my mother's 87th birthday (the other restaurant fell through). Everyone was very gracious, and they seated us in a beautiful private octagonal room with almost 360 degree views. The service was great, from beginning to end. It was really a memorable experience.
I’m sadly always underwhelmed with menu choices and quality for lunch. It has such a great view though. Avocado toast and Caesar salad was bland. Tacos were good. I want to love Beverlys because of the view but food is just average.
We've always enjoyed the food venues at the resort and this was no exception. Since we live here, I feel a candid review is warranted for the good of the resort. the food and service, as always, was excellent. However, it is really disconcerting come to a premier venue and see refuse on the floor. Since we were among the very first patrons (11;00 am reservation) there is no plausible excuse to see a toothpick and other refuse on the floor. One would assume that the management of Beverley's would have conducted a thorough inspection of this venue prior to admitting the customers! My advise is this: if the management currently in place cannot, or will not, make certain that their venue is clean then Hagadone Hospitality may wish to make a personnel change.
Beverly’s is first class! We took our daughter there for an “early “ Christmas dinner. The view from our dining table, overlooking the Christmas lights on Lake CDA.....the BEST!!!
disappointed no carolers this season. Lobby was packed and had a difficult time getting past all the guest in the check in queues. Never seen it like that in the past. Food was ok- same menu every time -- time to change it up! Biggest issue is the dress code. Paying a lot to see the person sitting next to you in warm up clothes, shorts, hats not removed.
Food was mediocre, which is not my prior experience at Beverly’s. Had sauce accidentally poured on me, but no apology from the waiter. Very odd. The rolls are ridiculously good though!
Great experience and excellent service
The only problem we have had is usually there are 4 adults for dinner and at least one of us has a cool not hot side. The last dinner it was the risotto that was not warm enough to served. The kitchen is plating the sides before the entrée is ready. Beautiful restaurant great service but the kitchen let us down.
Great ladies birthday celebration lunch. They even brought us cotton candy and ice cream to celebrate. The crab melt was to die for and the coffee service is such a special treat!
Hagadone is known for doing it right and Beverlys is no exception. The menu is varied and the fish flown in every two days. The pricing is certainly acceptable for the northwest. Beverlys is always a treat especially during Christmas when the entire property as well as the marina is spectacularly decorated.
Beverley's never stops exceeding all expectations. The steaks are the best I have ever had anywhere.
Love beverlys! We only get to go a few times a year since we live a ways away but it’s always amazing every time!
Visiting my family and always visiting Beverly’s is a real treat. We take advantage of the early bird dinner which is perfect. We got a window table and the beautiful holiday lights and decorated boats were a knockout.
What a place!
this was a surprise 65th birthday lunch with very close friends; I had asked to reserve a table "by the window and/or with a nice view of the lake" and was delighted to find that we were put in the most special of private rooms that used to only be accessible to the owners! What a treat! Our host and wait staff were most accommodating and the food was excellent and I was surprised at the reasonable prices! I had not been to this restaurant for many years, but will certainly make it a point to visit more often
Appetizers (beef carpaccio) and dessert are always amazing; entrees are hit or miss. The best one, a bone-in buffalo ribeye is on an off the menu with no explanation. On the night we were there, the staff had to relocate three tables, including ours away from a loud table. Not the restaurant's fault, but it dampens the experience to have loud, drunk guests yelling about politics.
We love coming to Beverly's, we come for my parents anniversary every year and just about any other occasion. It was very busy Friday night but it made it hard to get drinks when we wanted them, lots of champagne. 😍 but we will continue to come. Food was amazing, as always.
We have had many visits to Beverly's and always had a wonderful experience. This time was not quite as nice due to the loud noise level and cleanliness. We had a reservation for 5:15 pm and were seated promptly and had an excellent, knowledgeable and friendly wait staff. The food was exceptional and the view after dark with the Christmas display of lights was superb. I did notice (even though it was dark) the windows were very dirty, inside with fingerprints and outside with dirt. I realize that during the winter it would be difficult to keep clean but expected more from a 5 star hotel/restaurant. Overall, an enjoyable dinner, just not up to the usual Beverly's standard.
A special dinner with my daughter. The ambiance, Christmas Lights, food, wine, made for a perfect early holiday celebration. We recomend Beverly's highly.
We were seated very quickly. All three of the servers were very diligent and friendly. They gave great reccomendations for the lobster mac and cheese. The rolls are to die for!!
There were three in our dinner party and we have made this dinner gathering an annual event as our gathering is how we celebrate our friendship for Xmas. All three of us ordered different entrees and each was delighted with the plating and the taste of our dinners. One had the Ceasar salad and two of us had the Harvest salads. Delicious...and of course who could not like the orange rolls! The view with all the Christmas lights was the icing on the cake for our evening. Very much enjoyed ourselves, from drinks to coffee and desert. What a wonderful place to have access to! Cory our waiter, made great recommendations and suggestions and was a great deal of fun for the evening.
Great meal, as always, at Beverlys! Great specials, very extensive wine list, and a beautiful view of the lake.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening with great food, great wine and a great view.
