Esta histórica taberna fue creada en 1728 y recibe tanto a clientes locales de Middleburg como a visitantes que quieran disfrutar de desayunos abundantes, almuerzos informales y cenas íntimas con velas al estilo tradicional de Virginia. El establecimiento cuenta con mesas de roble, muebles hechos a mano, chimeneas de piedra, techos con vigas de madera y paredes gruesas de piedra que crean un ambiente íntimo para comer en cualquier momento. El equipo culinario crea menús de platillos de temporada con ingredientes locales de Virginia y del sur, y los elabora con las respetadas técnicas de cocina de ahumado, estofado y asado.
