After receiving a phone call to make sure our large party was coming I expressed we were celebrating my best friends birthday. The service from Door to table and back out the door was amazing. The food outstanding. Highly recommend

Capital Grille is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. And this evening was exceptionally enjoyable due to our waiter, Raul Martinez. He was super attentive and accommodating. It was a great experience and the food was fantastic as always. My favorite dish is the Lobster Bisque and Lamb chops. I highly recommend the Capital Grille in Fairfax.

All of our beef is supplied by Consumers Meat Packing of Chicago, IL...purveyors to many of the finest steakhouses in the United States. The same superior standards apply to our fresh seafood, sourced direct from North Coast Seafood of Boston, MA., our whole lobsters, from the cold waters of Maine and our Mero Sea Bass Steaks, overnighted from Honolulu Fish Company, Honolulu, HI.

Everything was great. Waitstaff we had, talked a lot and we wished she left us alone a little more. Good was amazing with big portions and ambiance was fabulous.

Ruth's Chris Steak House was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana by Ruth Fertel, a single mother of two who wanted a better life for herself and her two sons. She purchased "Chris" steakhouse in New Orleans which had been operated for the 38 years prior. She changed the name to Ruth's Chris when a fire forced her to move from the original location. Today, there are 142 Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants across the globe. We look forward to our opening in Gaithersburg, MD.

Our waiter was excellent and very attentive to details. He made our dinner extremely enjoyable. The food was out of this world delicious. My friend I loved the fried calamari and that amazing steak Porcini-Rubbed Bone-In-Ribeye with 15-Year Aged Balsamic.

First time trying the lunch menu and with some skepticism. But it turned out to be a good choice -- right-size portions cooked as perfectly as at dinner. Excellent margarita. Guado al Tasso by the glass was a nice surprise. Courteous attentive service. No longer just a place to go for the dinner menu.
