Pigs ear is my absolute favorite restaurant anywhere near St. George and Hurricane. Wish they had more locations. The food is amazing. This service is amazing. I love going back again and again.

Thank you Switchback Grill for making our 25th Wedding Anniversary so delicious! Beautiful setting overlooking the mountains from the wall of windows. Perfect filet mignon, mashed potatoes and spinach dip. Our son had the grilled chicken that was also great. Excellent cocktails and finished the night with cheesecake and a chocolate shake. Well worth it.
