True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing.
This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please give us at least three day’s notice. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

We are big sushi lovers and discovered Piñangó, a hidden gem that we will certainly visit again. It is very small sushi bistro in Caguas, but it is BIG in flavors! We were seated in front of the chef who was very sweet and explained to us all of our questions and informed us of the specials. All of our appetizers looked so good that we tried four of them: dumplings, fried chicken bao buns, fried eggplant, and the hamachi special. Not only did they look great, they tasted spectacular! We also ordered three different sushi rolls (can't remember the names) which were all wonderful. The sushi rolls were very fresh and the chef very creative. My husband and I will definitely be back and we surely inform our friends of this wonderful sushi bistro. Your palate will not be disappointed.

Had Wonderful Brunch experience with My Sons, from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated—creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable meal together. What truly stood out was how fresh everything was. Every dish was made to order, and you could really taste the difference. The food was delicious, but also thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Melissa for stopping by our table, it was such a kind and personal touch that made our visit even more memorable. It's clear that there's a lot of care and passion behind everything here. Highly recommended! We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had an incredible dining experience here! The space was quiet and intimate with amazing ambience, which was perfect for our party of 4. We came to celebrate a birthday and we felt well taken care of from the time we walked in to the time we left. Every single dish was impeccable - well portioned and full of flavor. Kudos to the amazing chef and wait staff. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in PR!

Had lunch at L'Olivo this Monday—great choice. The service was friendly and fast, and the lunch menu had plenty of fresh, flavorful options. The food and services were outstanding. My server Michael was very nice and the bartender had great recommendations. I ordered the oysters, the elotes and the special octopus with potatoes. The bread pudding was to die for. Great view and amazing food, reasonable prices for the quality and location.
