533 is a contemporary Vietnamese Fusion restaurant with a full bar. It’s a neighborhood favorite and often referred as Palm Springs best kept secret. Their mid century modern dinning room is decorated with art from local artists. Amongst the favorites you will find the Ahi Tuna Roll, Chili Braised Osso Buco, Vietnamese Crepe, Short Ribs with Farro and the Pad Thai. Okura Robata Grill and Sushi Bar serves up a fusion of Japanese and California cuisine in a chic contemporary restaurant space that has an L.A./Hollywood vibe. Custom décor includes gold Kriskadecor chains hanging from the ceiling, a 4-foot high bronze Buddha and a life-size, petrified Japanese cherry blossom tree at the center of the restaurant.
