Sage operates in line with the students' academic schedule. Hours of operation for lunch and dinner are updated regularly on social media.
Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer-focused classroom providing students an opportunity to refine the skills that they have learned at the Institute for the Culinary Arts. This unique learning environment allows guests the ability to give feedback to students in a supportive environment.

MENU & SPECIALS
Our menus can be found on this website as well as our social medias. Student specials will be posted on those same pages. Menus are subject to change with seasonality and availability.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are available and recommended for both lunch and dinner. Walk-ins will be served as possible. Groups larger than 6 should contact us directly for reservations.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Clio’s! This is our second time dining at Clio’s and the flavors of the dishes are exceptional. All of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful with my dietary needs. It is truly one of my favorite place to dine in Omaha.

Cumbia was our dinner spot before an event at the Orpheum. We loved the atmosphere and decor. Service was great! Great cocktails and food...bonus was that we were there during happy hour! Try the Empandas and the Carnitas Bravas... quite yummy!

Kinaara is Chef Ashish Sathyan's scratch Indian restaurant. We specialize in dishes from Kerala but feature from all over the diverse sub-continent. Try our famous Butter Chicken but also add on a dish you probably have never heard of, all of it will be amazing. You will find items that are not on any other menu, such as Grandma's Fish and Mango Curry and beef specials. We are a small casual restaurant that let's the food be the star.

This is a restaurant where steak is the star–where great steak is the rule, not the exception. Mahogany’s steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef, known for its excellence in marbling, texture and flavor.
