Owned by a trio of talented chefs, the menus at Prima Italia were developed to offer patrons authentic, contemporary Italian cuisine. The highest quality raw ingredients, such as eggs from Happy Egg based in Rogers, AR, who also supply Michelin starred restaurants in New York and Los Angeles, are used to create fresh pasta daily. The pasta is made using equipment by Imperia & Monfeṙṙina imported directly from Asti, Italy. Breads are sourced locally from Harvest Moon Bakery.

We are excited for Fort Smith to experience our cuisine in this beautiful space!

My wife wanted a great prime rib dinner. It was great. The kind you make at home, not some mass market version of prime rib. Tender, moist and flavorful. My steak was very good too. It was the best meal we had in Eureka Springs and we had a bunch.

Dawn was our most excellent server. She was very knowledgeable with personality plus! She told us about Gasken’s famous mushroom soup. We were sold by our first spoonful! The atmosphere was perfect. And the food was beyond compare! Tender Filet Mignon and Prime Rib! It was enough for these two Kansas gals to eat the leftovers the next night!! We highly recommend Gasken’ Log Cabin on your next stop in Eureka Springs!!!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the cocktails to the desserts, every course was perfectly prepared and yummy. Bonus points for making a fabulous lasagna that is alpha-gal friendly!!

We had a delicious dinner at the Hive this last week. I made our reservation the night before via Open Table and was happy that we had no wait to be seated. We did have to get through some construction outside the building but it didn't affect our dining experience. We ordered the Wild Hog to split and soup and salad to start (also to split). Bread and butter was brought to the table and a nice way to open . Our soup was curried cauliflower, not my husbands favorite flavors, but I thought it was delicious (it could have been just a bit warmer), then we had a Fennel and asparagus Salad - it was AMAZING! Such a great combo of flavors and the dressing was a perfect compliment. The Berkshire Hog Chop was delicious, cooked perfectly - couldn't have said more and it was a decent amount to split. Lastly I couldn't pass up the Meyer Lemon Ice Cream - again, I was very happy with the flavor and although we weren't going to share, it was plenty. The meal ended with complimentary green apply cotton candy lol - I loved it. We recommended it to our friends and will return next visit to Bentonville.

A true level up for the brand and the NWA experience. Ruth’s deserves a “Thank You” you for creating such a great space to bring clients and celebrate occasions. We are located right in the heart of the historic Fayetteville square, and welcome you to join us for an incredible meal in an inviting, lively atmosphere. Our kitchen uses only select mesquite wood to insure every item has just the right amount of smoky flavor. For a grilled lunch or dinner, we offer classic steaks from ribeye to filet mignon as well as a few outside of the box items like lamb chop lollipops and jalapeño-stuffed quail breast. About the Building

Built in 1911, this historic building began its important role in the Fayetteville community as the city Post Office. In 1974 it was saved from demolition by a citizen-led petition, and gained National Historic status. We are honored to continue the tradition of bringing people together and celebrating the citys history in the beautiful Old Post Office.
