We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch . We were a party of 8 .. the service, the menu options & the ambience were outstanding. Everyone agreed that our meal choices & presentation were both beautiful & delicious. Can’t wait to go again & try something else off the same menu !

I’ve been wanting to go to Rizzos house of parm and finally decided my 30th birthday was the best time to finally do it! It was an incredible experience. The ambiance was so calm and homey. The service was incredible, everyone was so kind! Best of all was the quality of the food. Everything was so delicious! The chefs menu is definitely the go to, especially for your first time! We will certainly be back :)

Reservations are open for dinner only, lunch is walk ins only.

What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it.

Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop?

In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday.

How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

An unassuming location. The interior is simple and the view of the kitchen is appreciated. The menu takes a little bit of explanation, but not difficult to navigate. Without a doubt, One should have an open mind with the choices of items. Notable was the most excellent squash that we enjoyed. The meats are very well prepared, although the jerk beef was a little tough. Overall, however, despite the price, the value is exceptional. Highly recommend for a special event.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a large fireplace, intimate tables, white linen tablecloths and impeccable service.
