Café Mars may be Brooklyn’s most intriguing restaurant. Service is so friendly and attentive. Pacing is perfect. Bartenders are creative and thoughtful. The food is next level. Every dish a delight, with bold flavors and textures. They spend a lot of time researching and developing these dishes, and it shows. This is a regular spot for us and I can’t wait to come back again soon!
