One of my favorite restaurants in Astoria. Delicious, fresh food. Lovely ambiance, especially outside. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. I always have a great experience when I go to Aliada.

We keep coming back to this place every time we are in NYC, the food is fantastic and, if you make a reservation with a few days ahead of your dinner, pick a table near the window, the view is fanatstic… now, the service was and has been always great, kudos to Jesús and John, they were ‘on watch’ the whole time, our glasses were never empty.

The wait staff was not attentive. The beef kabab was dry and tough. The butterflied branzino was far bonier than necessary. The cooks could have deboned the major bone groups. Normally the restaurant was good but last night was not.
