A 14 seat, neighborhood Omakase from the team that brought you Noko Nashville. This is a 14 course, 90min nigiri & hand roll dining experience for $75. We highly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to enjoy a drink at our Japanese cocktail bar as we start promptly at your reservation time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the cuisine, we will not be able to accommodate fish allergies or vegetarians.

Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger. It is located in a separate area within the casual cocktail bar of the same name, and it is a part of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, TN. Bastion's dining room features counter seating around the kitchen for parties of 2 as well as three tables for parties of 3 to 6. Bastion's small team serves a weekly set menu of six dinner courses featuring many dishes with a wide variety of flavors, ingredients, and inspirations. Friendly service guides you through the culinary experience, which also features wine pairings, creative cocktails, and a curated vinyl soundtrack. Come early or stay late in the hidden Little Bar, which is a private offering for guests of the restaurant.

etc. es el restaurante y aventura más reciente de la chef y propietaria Deb Paquette. Situado en el complejo Bedford Commons en el área de Green Hills, etc. ofrece almuerzo y cena de lunes a viernes, cena los días sábado y planean ofrecer servicio de brunch dominical en un futuro próximo. Es la segunda (y más pequeña versión) del restaurante hermano Etch, aquí la chef Deb incorpora sus especias favoritas, productos y recetas internacionales en los menús de etc. para una emocionante experiencia gastronómica. La sobria carta de vinos y cocteles sucinta incluye vinos de todo el mundo, cerveza artesanal seleccionada y un repertorio de cocteles gourmet. El espacio, de más de 700 metros, está adornado con mesas decoradas de manera sencilla, cómodos asientos, un gran bar de vinos y cocteles, y asientos al aire libre en abundancia.
