Open since August 2023, Sabayon is the project of Marie-Josée Beaudoin and Patrice Demers. A 14-seat micro restaurant located in Pointe St-Charles.

In the evening, from Thursday to Saturday, discover a surprise 6-course tasting menu featuring seasonal products, the vast majority of which are local. The cuisine focuses on vegetables, fish and seafood.
On Friday and Saturday afternoon, a Tea time menu is offered.

Reservations open up at noon the first Wednesday of the month for the following month.
*We are fully booked for July and August, next reservations will be on August 6th at noon for September.

Perfect Montreal restaurant. Simple, refined French Cuisine with small menu. Leeks are a must, and Tartare is always a stand out. But, we always have to try the whole menu. Natural wines that pair well with menu. Get wine by the glass or half glass and try all the great bottles they have open. Recommend to go by the team's suggestions. Nice relaxed atmosphere whether sitting at the bar ( 1-2) or with larger group ( 4-6) Lots of other restaurants from this team have opened up around town. However, none have the magic of this little-Gem.

Many great choices of food. It came out quickly and was quite good. The staff were nice and helpful. Very cute clean inside of the restaurant noise level was quiet and peaceful.

Stylish restaurant with stylish and delicious food. We took the Carte Blanche menu and everything was beautifully executed with complex but complimentary flavors. All the staff were upbeat and very friendly. We could hear chatter and laughter from the kitchen. Do your self and your friends a favor and book a table.

Set up a dinner out for my best bud and booked for 6. Two extra showed up and the staff accommodated us without hesitation and made it a most memorable evening! We had a taste of almost everything on the menu from a range of appetizers to famous rotisserie chicken, prime rib, trout and finishing with gourmet donuts! Expectations were exceeded! Thank you to the gracious and phenomenal staff for making our night a great occasion! Cheers!
