About the restaurant
Located inside of Louisville’s Myriad Hotel, this metropolitan-style eatery delivers bold flavors and delicious drinks in a beautiful setting next to The Myriad Swim Club.

Whether you’re grabbing a post-work cocktail at the sultry bar, settling in for a fire-kissed feast straight from the wood grill, or vibing to live jazz on Thursdays, Paseo is where evenings begin, and stories unfold.

Every meal is an experience when Chef Michael Palello and team create dishes like Chorizo Octopus with romesco to KY Wagyu Strip Steak dripping in harissa butter.

The food, staff, service and setting are all excellent. However, for me the noise level was on the high end and too noisy. I have traveled in Japan and this noise level would not be allowed there. The infusion of Japanese dishes with a Southern U.S. touch is outstanding and offers tastes flavors worth exploring. This is a restaurant to return too.
