The idea for The Kitchen came from a vision of a restaurant that would provide something different - a refined, yet casual establishment that would provide modern cuisine with a comforting twist. The cuisine at The Kitchen embraces Asian influence and ingredients including the freshest fish, meats and seasonal vegetables. The presentation is clean, simple, natural and uncomplicated. The outdoor tent is nicely done but doesn't have the same ambiance as inside. The music was a bit too loud in the tent. Food is always has some interesting, yummy flavors and the presentation is beautiful! Beste was terrific and we hope to see her again soon! The Kitchen is always a local favorite!

My husband and I ate here while on our honeymoon. We had wonderful service and wonderful food! The brussel sprouts were our favorite and the fried chicken was delicious. We found the prices to be fairly reasonable compared to some other places we ate. The restaurant also brought us a special dessert when they found out we were on our honeymoon which was so special and made our whole night. Definitely would recommend for a nice dinner!

Located in the Sweetwater Gondola Mid-Station, this upscale chalet reflects a regional appeal offering a unique modern dining experience that combines perfectly with the warmth of a traditional winter ski resort experience. Guests can enjoy a diverse menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, craft beverages, and a welcoming ambiance that invites relaxation and socializing. Lunch seating 11-2:30 daily, bar après menu available until 3:45 daily.
Reservations strongly recommended. A fee of $30 per person will be charged for no shows and same day cancellations. Reservations will be no showed after 15 minutes. For guests dining without a ski pass, please access the gondola through the line for foot traffic. Last day for the winter season is 3/30/25.

Hands down the best food on the mountain. Endive salad was perfect for those who want something on the lighter side. Elk bolognese had a lot of flavor with al dente pasta. French dip is sooo good! Crispy French fries! Brussels with walnuts was excellent. Good portions, enough to share if you want to try several dishes. Bread sampler starter, although good, was basic (rolls). Could be elevated.

Everything about our dinner experience here was phenomenal. The servers went above and beyond, extremely thoughtful and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious - my husband had the bison tenderloin and I had the steak. Both fantastic. The ambience is perfect- quiet, romantic, beautiful setting. Best meal we had on our trip to Jackson. We will definitely be back next time.

superb steaks, great service. Of the sides, the lobster mac and cheese was excellent. Hasselback potatoes and brussels sprouts were good but might be nice to have them a little plainer as the meat is so rich. Cocktails a little on the skimpy side but overall a great meal.

Guests can indulge in delicious gourmet sandwiches and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas. Perfect for après-ski relaxation or a casual lunch.

Lunch is served daily from 11:00-2:30PM, December 10th through April 13th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.

Dining at the Piste Mountain Bistro was an outstanding experience. The food was fabulous, the view was stunning and the service provided by Matt was as polished and professional as it was warm and friendly.
