Saint Jacques at The Burke Manor Inn is the only 4 Diamond AAA rated restaurant in the Triad. Located in the picturesque railway town of Gibsonville, we serve dinner Wednesday - Saturday and lunch Thursday - Saturday. We recommend reservations! Enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda then convene to the intimate dining room where a fine French meal is offered. The owners, Lil & Lori, previously owned Saint Jacques French Cuisine in Raleigh, which was voted one of the top 100 restaurants in the US by OpenTable diners under their ownership from 2009-2014. They have brought those same standards they applied in Raleigh for 10 years to the Inn. As of 2014 they have received the 4 Diamond AAA rate yearly.

We had a wonderful evening. Christian was our server and he was “excellent” and we also had David wait on us as well who was also excellent. The food was very good. I had the salmon which was excellent and my partner had the grouper which he loved. We would definitely recommend

Enjoy the panoramic view of large oaks and a rolling stream from the many window-side tables, or the large, starlight deck. Or, savor the intimate atmosphere from a comfortable sofa, and in the winter, the warmth of a crackling fireplace.

Ryan's Chef creates a tantalizing selection of appetizers such as jumbo lump crabmeat, steamed mussels in garlic butter and white wine, and oysters Rockefeller. Entrees range from thick, juicy steaks and prime rib to the finest grilled fresh fish and live Maine lobster. Choose from the menu or a superb selection of specials offered nightly. Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience.

The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications. Recently awarded the DiRoNa Award for Distinctive Fine Dining.

Dined her for sister's birthday. Ordered the grilled Cesar salad, seared scallops with risotto (she had the salmon with garlic mashed and the French onion soup. Soup was THE BEST! Salad...THE BEST (crisp with the freshest dressing); absolutely loved the seared scallops and the risotto was creamy. Everything was flavorful Our server, Sam, was simply the star. She was personable, extremely knowledgeable and very attentive. She described the menu perfectly...so much so you could almost taste it from her description. We'll ask for her section next time we go. The meal was capped off with a yummy peach martini and finished with warm apple tart with salted caramel ice cream. We needed for nothing. Highly recommend and be sure to say "hi" to Sam for us.

I’ve been wanting to check this place out for awhile and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed a nice evening out with my girlfriends. We did go on a Tuesday so their chef was not there for a main dish selection. Something to consider for a date night out that you may want a full course meal. Otherwise, the flatbreads and appetizers we ordered were delicious. And there was a record player that we could select and play albums on. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
