I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent dining experience at The Post Hotel. I had heard great things about the food, so I was excited to visit, but unfortunately, our meal did not quite live up to expectations. I ordered the lamb, which was unfortunately disappointing. While the flavor was good, the portion of actual meat was quite small, around 2 oz, with a large amount of fat. This made the dish feel unbalanced and not as satisfying as I had hoped. My mother ordered the salmon with white asparagus. While the salmon was served cold thin filets, the asparagus was over-sized and quite tough, making it difficult to enjoy. The texture was not as expected, and it seemed a bit too fibrous to be fully pleasant. I appreciate that the staff offered me the option to select a different dish when I voiced my concerns about the lamb. I chose the halibut, which was a pleasant improvement. While it was a good dish, it didn't quite hit the “5 out of 5” mark for me. It was flavorful but not extraordinary. That said, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, which really helped elevate the experience overall. I would certainly rate the service 5/5. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. We shared an order of the meatballs and a small charcuterie and cheese platter - absolutely DEVINE!!!!! This is the perfect spot to enjoy some small munchies with your wine experience , but with the option for a full meal from Murrieta’s up above the lounge. So romantic, an escape from the day to day and same old same old. HIGHLY recommended!!

Me and my friends dined for our birthday dinner. I particularly had fun specially with the scenery. Out server was awesome. Food is great specially my Halibut Paella. We even get some treats it's a birthday table. They gave 4 of us an ice carvings with a small sorbet. I love the non alcoholic cucumber drink from Montreal too Pricey but so worth the experience. Will be going back with my husband in July.

It was quite a nice time. Went there with my boyfriend for his birthday and the themed drinks were very creative, although I think the price per portion was a bit steep. Good ingredients and food so that makes up for it a bit at least.
