Best food and service ever!
Really unique ways of preparing the dishes. Even went out of their way to accommodate a strict Vegan with a smile. Loved the food, loved our waiter!

We went here the night before our vacation. I had gone there as a teen and wanted to see if it was as good as I remembered. 50 years later it is still great old style Italian food. We enjoyed everything we had. Eggplant parm, sartade spinach with garlic. Yummy!

We had a wonderful experience at Bertolucci's . The food was delicious and authentic to my family's recipes. At any moment I expected Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin to walk through and grab a table. I call it old school Italian and a great experience to share with friends.

We arrived at Bertolucci's for our 6:30pm reservation. When we told the host that we had a reservation, the host seemed confused. She spoke to a waiter and informed us that they didn't have a table available. She said that we could sit in the lounge and gave us no estimate on the dining room. Why make a reservation if there isn't a table reserved? It was a little odd, but we were hungry and said ok. The lounge area only had one waiter for about 10 tables. The poor man was running around all night and we ended up waiting forever to place an order and receive our food. Overall, it was a poor service experience. The food was good though.

The meal was great! I had the chicken special which was amazing. It was moist and tender stuffed with ham and cheese with a delicious tomato and mushroom sauce. My husband had the rib eye which was cooked perfectly and my friends both had the fettuccini sotto Mare--they also really enjoyed their dish. The martini's were good--One did it for me! I would highly recommend this restaurant. The service was great and we loved our large booth.

Friendly, warm restaurant; wonderful Italian food. Love the focaccia along side of the French bread. Great service; she never missed a beat! Try it out, you will not be disappointed!

We made plans to visit with some friends and have dinner together. We met at the restaurant at 6pm on a Friday evening. We were seated right away and our waiter was friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks and appetizers and sat and talked for a while before ordering our meals. The restaurant quickly filled up with a pretty lively crowd. The service seemed to slow a little bit we were in no rush and never felt like we were being rushed. The food and drinks were excellent. I would recommend this restaurant for a great meal and a nice place to sit and get together with friends.

2 drinks and 2 dinners was 70 dollars. It was a long wait for the food even though it was late on a Thursday night and the restaurant was not busy. The Food was sub par for the price. We will not be back.

We normally love this old style restaurant but, unfortunately, this time for my birthday, not as good. The waiter brought me the wrong meal and my order had to be re-made, which meant a longer wait. Also, although the entree was OK, the side dish of spinach & mushrooms was not as good as on a prior visit - too dry and much less mushrooms. However, still enjoy this restaurant and will go back as it may have just been an "off night.".

Both my meal and my daughters were very disappointing. When our server brought the bill she noticed I had only taken 2 bites of my chicken. She then said was your meal OK. I replied, I did not like it at all and she just walked away with my credit card. Not great customer service.

I have waited years to go here. We finally just said let's go. Best decision ever! From the time we walked through the door until we walked out the door. Our hostess, waitress and bus people were friendly and attentive. We felt as if we were long time customers coming in for our normal Sunday dinner. Love this place!

We love Bertolucci's. The food is superb and the service is always good, sometimes great. My wife and I treat ourselves to a meal here once in while and it is one of the only restaurants we return to after moving away from the area. I highly recommend it.

Really disappointed. I have eaten here before and the food was excellent. This time it wasn't. 3 out of 5 entrees were terrible. Fish was not fresh and Spaghetti and meatballs of all things were awful. Our sauce and the meatballs were burnt into charcoal briquettes.

I have been going to Bertoluccis for 20 years. When it opened under new management the atmosphere changed but the food was still good. This is the second time in three months I have eaten at Bertoluccis and in my opinion both times the quality of the food was significantly less. If the food could be as well as the service I would give it a better review.

It was not very crowded when we arrived & were seated promptly. Ambiance is kind of old-school comfort. In our previous visits, we used to have attentive service but this time, it was lackluster & we didn't even get our bread basket. We could not find our server to ask for one as she would only appear when she had something to serve. We were kind of disappointed as we brought a guest.
