Happy hour deals are great. The fried Artichoke is excellent!
We stayed at a high top by the fire place for dinner.
Pizza was excellent
Salmon pasta dish has great flavor. the pasta was too much and the salmon piece was adequate for my wife but looked small on so much pasta.
Food was great, service was outstanding .... when we arrived I told her we had an open table reservation and she dismissed me outright and said “we don’t have any of those” .... it didn’t matter in this case but I could have done without the dismissiveness .... overall though the menu was great and so was everything else so why is it so empty???
They put their spin on the traditional Italian. It was nice for the change. Really enjoyed their Chicken Parm dinner and especially their desserts.
Food was good waiter was nice. The drinks were dope.
Excellent service, good food - as always and comfy setting.
I've always had a good experience at Benuccis so brought a group in for lunch. Two out of five order baked ziti and had to return it because it wasn't even lukewarm. That never should have left the kitchen. However, a second meal came in good time.
Food was OK. The side pasta was starchy and the cheese/Alfredo(?) sauce was non-descript.
Surprised by the quality of the "house" Cab though!
We have gone many times and enjoy the food and atmosphere. We are always warmly greeted and appreciate the wine serving options. The carafe is a great deal!
Good food and friendly staff.
Benucci’s has a really good menu with a variety of flatbreads, salads, and entrees. My friend had the Mediterranean chicken salad, which was plated beautifully with an assortment of colorful vegetables. I enjoyed the Chicken Leone, and there was no problem with my request to sub kalamata olives for the spinach. The manager, Christine, always remembers me when I stop in and makes me feel welcome. The main reason for this particularly exceptional dining experience was our server, Max. He treated us with such kindness and respect and was genuinely interested in ensuring that our meal was perfect. I can’t remember ever having this level of top-notch service before, and I frequent many Rochester area restaurants. Max is a gem, and he’s the reason that I’ll visit again soon. Thank you.
Our group of 4 all enjoyed our meals at Benucci's at Greece Ridge. We had a variety of meals (pasta, seafood, eggplant) and all were good. Drinks were great, including a raspberry chocolate martini :-). Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant was very quiet. I look forward to returning.
The angel hair pasta was outstanding. The veal was weird tasting. I didn't like the 2 globs of mozzarella. I would prefer it be melted over the veal.
Never been here before but it's their 2nd location so I thought I would try it. The food was good and we were able to tweak it by having them not put in some things and put in others without a problem. It was a slow day for them but the waitress was there when we needed her but not always there watching us like a hawk. Good food from the appetizer to dinners to the desert. Would recommend going here.
My nephew chose Benucci’s for his birthday dinner. I’m always glad to see a preferred restaurant that uses Open Table. The service was wonderful - we were greeted promptly at our table with cold water and hot, fresh bread. Our entrees were piping hot, and we ate every bite. While we weren’t rushed, we still had plenty of time to get to our movie. A very enjoyable & memorable outing. Thank you.
We had a great meal and good service. The portions are huge but well cooked and presented. We had the brushutte trio as an appetizer followed by two huge salads one arugula with beets and goat cheese, the other a Ceasar. Then the pasta Benucci and shrimp pesto with angel hair pasta. Followed by a chocolate torte with ice cream. We ate as much as possible and brought the rest home to enjoy today!
Food normallg is good. Took my fiancee out for fathers day. The food was very bland, we didnt complain just paud and left. But I'd rather cook at home.
Our waitress was outstanding. She was pleasant, attentive, and accommodated several menu tweaks. I tried the special soup of the day: tomato basil - it was so good that I bought a bowl and ate it for lunch the next day. The vegetables in it weren't overcooked - it was perfect.
First time we have ever been there. The food was great and the portions were large. The service was good.
Everything was on point from service to the food. Food was proportioned perfectly and there was not a long wait to be seated or for food, everything came out at the proper and in a timely manner.
waitress did not write down drink order or food order. 1 drink was incorrect and the meal for myself was incorrect. my fault did not mention to the waitress all other aspects were fine.
First and last time here. The chicken dinner on the special turned out to be a chicken leg, not
what you would expect from a place like this. Our other dinner was Linguine and Clam sauce which was mainly Olive Oil and overall tasteless. We will not be back.
Christine the manager seated us right away. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. There were a plenty of gluten free options and our meals were delicious along with great sized portions. Christine also took the time to see how our meal was and to let us know that they had a party room. Our food and experience was great and we would definitely recommend them.
The portions were large and all four meals were excellent.
We enjoyed our visit to Benucci's. The Food was very good and it was quiet so you could hear yourself talk. It has nice ambiance.
Had a wonderful dinner on 11/18/17 celebrating my mother’s birthday! So happy they had a lot of gluten-free and tasty options. Good food, wonderful service. Would highly recommend. Benucci’s Greece N.Y. location. Can’t wait to return!
I really like going to Benucci’s for lunch. It’s a great place to meet up with your friends. Good pizzas, simple bar menu and attentive service.
The food was great! The only downfall was the salmon portion.
The meals were not ordered correctly, everyone was served at a different time
and the food was not good. Wouldn't go back.
Greece location must have had an off night, food was not the greatest. Dinner @ the Monroe ave. location seems to be better.
While the food might not taste like authentic Italian cooking, the lasagna, pizza, soups and salads are delicious. I like the design - it is upscale yet not intimidating. The manager has been there for a while, and she does an excellent job of presenting the restaurant as welcoming and clean with a well-trained staff. I'm glad that Benucci's is nearby.
Good food. A nice place to have a business meeting. The booth was roomy and comfortable.
Waitress was attentive, yet left us to our business meeting. Food was excellent and portions generous. Would recommend for a short business luncheon for both reasons mentioned.
Our over all time at the restaurant was very good. The food was very good and more than enough .The atmosphere is very nice, the service was pleasant, but our server was a little confused with some of our orders but was very willing to make the necessary changes. I am very happy that I took the recommendation of one of my friends as a good place to meet other friends. I would recommend the pepperoni pizza and that it could-be shared with a friend.
Every one raved about their food. The service was excellent and very accommodating for the large group.
I started with the side caesar salad which was good. It was a generous portion which I loved. I then ordered the eggplant rollettes. I wanted to go for an option without pasta. I was disappointed when it got to my table and I saw a heaping pile of linguine (which is a pasta I do not like) and 2 little pieces of eggplant. The tomato cream sauce was tasty but pasta was just not what I was in the mood for. Mushrooms inside of the sauce were good but there were only a few. I ate the eggplant and then had to throw away the rest of the meal because I would not eat the leftovers at home. It seemed like a huge waste and I felt bad telling the kind waitress that I was all finished with my meal. I suggest on the menu you add pasta to the description under the eggplant. There were few people in the restaurant at 7pm but it was a nice night so I'm sure most people were down by the water or cooking out at home.
Portion for my lobster ravioli was small and my fried calamari had more banana peppers than anything. Also my pina colada taste like bananas was not good
First time there but definitely on the list to go back to--Great food, great service and a reasonable price
Good food, large portions, friendly, prompt service.
Wonder wait staff and food was really good. We were able to use a coupon on a Friday night which was a real plus
