I frequently eat at all of New York’s great steakhouses. I’ve eaten at Benjamin’s multiple times and the experience is becoming disappointing. It’s a steak restaurant and you just expect to have a great steak. The Porterhouse was tough and not very tasty. I had the same experience last time so this isn’t new. The sides and dessert were great.

This was the first time at this location as I have been to the Manhattan location many times. It was good; very loud inside and really could not hear my friends talking. Food was terrific and service was good.

Certainly one of the very best steakhouses in Westchester. Excellent service and outstanding food. Try the Filet Mignon, mine was a generous size, grilled perfectly. The mushrooms side dish is tasty too. A happy experience in the outdoor space.

My husband ordered a rib eye but didn’t eat it because we filled up on appetizers and sides. We asked for the steak to be packed to be taken home and they instead threw it away, $60 streak in the trash

We went on Mother's Day evening. Every table was filled, but the staff had everything under control, and we never felt rushed. Our waiter was excellent. As far as the food is concerned, the crab cake and shrimp cocktail appetizers were quite good. The rib-eye steaks were cooked medium rare, as ordered. We expected some fat on the meat, but these steaks were quite fatty. Not a premium cut of meat, as we had expected. We probably should have order filet mignon. The sides, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes, were fine. Dessert, chocolate mouse, was tasteless. Overall, the food was OK, but far from excellent, and not worth the price. We may give it a second chance, on a non-holiday night.

We visited Benjamin’s for Mother’s Day brunch, it was our first time coming here. What an amazing meal! The cocktails , appetizers, and porterhouse for two was top notch. We will definitely be returning to Benjamin’s.

The Benjamin Steakhouse is a very nice restaurant. The experience was top notch from the valet parking to the quick, outside check-in. The food was delicious and our waiter was excellent. Observations- 1. The tables were packed too tightly. One had to squizzle sideways to make it through the maze, making it an awkward journey and not great for the eating patrons. 2. The prices are out of sight. As good as the food was, it was not worth the bill amount. My wife is a great cook, and a steak dinner at home is my cup of tea. But she wanted to go out, it was Mother's Day (or close too it), so it was worth every penny. Just know that it was a once in a year dining out experience. Thanks for the reservation. Ric

The filet mignon was perfect! However, I actually ordered the sirloin- so that was a mistake by our waiter. I hadn't eaten red meat in years and was so excited to get back to it that I kept the dish in front of me. Our waiter did want to switch it, but I kept saying no. He brought me another glass of wine on the house, but I really didn't want more wine. It would have been better to offer dessert instead. I appreciate him accommodating me so I do recommend Benjamin's & their delicious meats!

We are regulars at Benjamin’s Steakhouse Westchester. This was the second year in a row we have gone there for the Prix Fixe Easter Dinner. It was outstanding. Our waiter Granit was very attentive even though he had two 8-tops and a number f other smaller tables. The service was everything one should expect from a high-end restaurant. We were very pleased to see that they were so busy this year!!
