View Private Dining DetailsHadn’t been to BH in a long time, & food still great!
Chef was great. Service was good and they accommodated our early arrival. Waiting area is not the best location and very small. Would be nice if discount was offered to guests staying at the Westgate
The noise level in the restaurant was so loud we could not hear our conversation or the chefs.
I had a member of my party who’s vegetarian and asked for Hibachi vegetables but no tofu and fried rice. The spicy Tofu meal was the only vegetarian choice from the menu. For this reason we ordered the individual sides as her meal. She only received the fried rice for her meal.
Horrible. Waited an hour from when we got seated for the chef to come out. He was very slow. We got our food so spaced out. Server tried not to give us our desert even though it was included in the price. We had to ask for it. They refused to substitute anything, no white sauce and we were told they could make something similar for a $3 charge. The fried rice was $8 more and the onions was burnt
Anniversary
Great Birthday off the strip but still really fun.
Always great food and a great experience here!
Starting from the first potion the food overall was very bland. The miso soup and ginger salad were among the worst I ever had at an asian restaurant. The entree was also lacking in much flavor.
Lukewarm overall....I used to dine at a Benihana a decade ago with a work group and enjoyed the show. This time it felt tired. But the salmon was delicious.
We prefer the lower level of Benihana because the air conditioning on the second level isn’t so great. We felt warm and it was stuffy.
Benihana is Benihana. It’s a great show, good food, and attentive service. Benihana at Westgate has been a favorite of mine forever.
Sometimes, you wanna have fun with friends rather than attending a Michelin starred snobfest.
Chef didn’t really talk
Had a great time however prices were more expensive than advertised on their website. Plus they charge $8 if you want fried rice instead of steamed. Other than that, everything was great!
Food was bland. Photographer inturrped our experience with a photo shoot. Then passed pictures over our food to look at aftwr just being served dinner and was rude selling packages. By the time we got back to our food after her taking up our whole time the food was cold. Wont recommended it unless you rather spend time with a rude photographer who doesnt let you eat.
We were celebrating my daughters 13th bday..we have been there many times before for similar occasions..was a little disappointed this time around though..and here's why..
1) no pic taken before seating..the hostesses have always taken a pic before we are shown to our table..they did not on this visit.
2) I felt as if we were being rushed ..we had very little time at our table before our food was prepared..appetizers,soup,salad all was rushed while our entrees were
Being prepared..could not enjoy the preparation of our food in traditional benihana fashion..and our chefs personality was very dull..
Overall very disappointed in this particular visit..I can think of many other places to spend 200-250$ For dinner..
They called to confirm our reservation, which for us was helpful. We were quickly seated and our chef was entertaining. My grandson was enchanted by the live station cooking. It was a meal and an experience he won't soon forget.
We had a wonderful time here! The food was great. The chef was hilarious. We even made new friends.
We had a great time and the food was very good. Loved the Haiku Coladas!
Staying at Westgate and decided to have dinner in the hotel at Benihana. Our server was very nice and waited by table always in eyesight. The tables are so cramped upstairs I couldn't really get out to go to the restroom. The chefs barely had room to work.
I've been to Benihana too many times to count but this was the first time the food wasn't good. It was overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. I have never experienced anything like this before. The smoke was blowing in my face rather than being blown above. The bright side being I was close to my room.
$150 for 2 people, I wasnt impressed. The chairs we sat in were cheap. It was loud. Crowded. Cook was cool. Food was decent.
We waited a while for our cook a while manager came over and comped a drink witch was very nice . Overall it was a great time the cook was funny and food was great ..
I come here every year for my birthday. I just wish I could use my birthday reward of $30 on the weekends, also. It's only good for Monday thru Thursdays, and these days never work for me. It's a total waste to give people a birthday gift that they can never use. Maybe rethink how you give gifts. Gifts should not come with restrictions.
Overpriced for what to you get....I have been going to the Benihana since rhge 80's. Far this restaurant has fallen in food, ambiance and uniqueness. Stop trying to force overpriced photos on your dining people
I gave a 3 stars on Overall for the waiting time, I had a reservation for 7:30pm and we got to our table until 20 minutes later.
We ate here a yr ago and had a fantastic meal. This time it was a disappointment. Filet was not tender. Lacked flavor
The Ambience is fabulous and the chefs are so entertaining, while preparing the food on the Teppanaki grill.
Food is fresh and tasty!
Always great food and fun. Chefs are great. Crowd is usually very energetic.
Food was excellent. Loved the table side cooking. Service was awesome. Great atmosphere and you shared a table with a total of 8 people, so you got to see what others were eating and talk to others. Great experience!
Always get what you expect here! There wasn’t as many “knife” tricks - which is always fun for the kids. Other than that, great!
Much more expensive than our local Benihana restaurants.
As always Benihana delivers. We had a wonderful chef and everything was delicious.
The service was TERRIBLE. We wait for long periods of time for any and everything. The food did not taste as good as other Benihana's I've been to all over the country.
My Birthday here was great! Service was friendly & fast. Food was amazing and the Restuarant was Beautiful😍 l absoluty luv it here. Planning to come back on my next visit.
We had the absolute pleasure of Rodger (server) and "Mike" (chef). These 2 gentlemen were so attentive and interactive and simply wonderful. I didn't stop giggling the entire time (even before I had sake).
This was my favorite visit to your restaurant ever, and we will be requesting these 2 on our next visit.
Thank you!!
Benihana's is my all-time favorite restaurant! Besides excellent food, you get entertainment and a touch of class. Usually end up meeting some new people, as well. Not your ordinary dining experience...in a good way!
It was good and the service was good!
From the time we entered to the time we left, our stay was enjoyable. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and professional. It's a little pricey, but it is worth the money. This is a very good place for special occasions.
Wonderful place, the next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to stop by for dinner
Worst the price. We had chicken and water chestnuts; there was a lot of chestnuts but we were searching for chicken....
Good Service, Great waitresses, and our Cook was very entertaining. Would return for dining.
