Horrible experience. They didn't have any ice tea flavors. They ran out of Diablo sauce. They didn't have the rice out for fried rice. They couldn't take the standard benihana picture for an 7nknown reason. The green tea ice cream was freezer burned. The prices are inflated: trip is 36 in old Angeles and 52 in vegas. BTW, Benihana is one of my favorite franchise restaurants...
Ordered the scallops and steak this time - must say it was prepared to perfection.
Tip my hat to the Chef!!!!!
The food and chef were really good. My fiance enjoyed her birthday dinner.
The food was amazing, the service was great and I cant wait to get back to Vegas to go again.
Going to Benihana - Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino was a great solo experience. Since I was unsure who would be eating with me, my randomly chosen dinner company was perfect. The ambience, service, and location made this choice a no-brainer. Our chef was classic Benihana, good with knives, fire, and just the right amount of humor, as there were children in the party. I highly recommend the salmon with shiitake mushrooms, vegetables, and udon noodles. Next time, I will bring my wife for a date night. Highly recommend.
My wife and I loved the food and the service was excellent. They had a special because it was Valentines Day. It wasn't crowded at all and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend going and checking out what this restaurant has to offer.
Wonderful, as always. Took advantage of the Valentine's Day special, which for us was worth it.
The room was too small and the flooring is dirty
No matter how many times we visit Benihana it never ceases to entertain me and my wife. The atmosphere is great and the place is just absolutely beautiful. We visit for my wife's birthday every year but this time we celebrated our 30th anniversary and it was great.
Setup reservation for 7:30 for 3 of us, we were early and arrived at 7, so they gave us pager. It was Sat, but it didn't really seem that busy. Our pager never went off and we waited until 7:35 and went up to desk and they said they were looking for us?!? We were right in front next to the Italian restaurant less than 20 steps away. Asked us to wait and then 5 mins they sat us at a hibachi table and we sat there another 20 mins before we got drinks which at the same time they sat another couple (obviously waiting because they wanted to fill table). It was 45 mins before the chef showed and he did a very lackluster performance, not anything close to the experience we were used to. Food was meh. Wont go back
