Benihana - Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino Ratings and Reviews
Our first time at Benihana. Went there to celebrate anniversary. Loved the decor. Didnt like the overpriced menu. $50 for a small bowl of simple chicken fried rice, a few scallops and grilled veggies. Guess your paying for the chef show and lame jokes. Went and experienced it. Probably won't return. Would only recommend to try at least once.
Our waitress was completely not interested in making sure we had drinks or even the proper order. She was merely going thru the motions of being there and seemed indifferent to the fact that her tip was reflected on her service. The food didn't taste right either very bland not what I expect from the benihanas chain which we've been to plenty and is usually very reliable for a good or great meal. Even the salad and ginger sauce was off. What a shame. I felt bad because I got everyone there for dinner and I felt like I looked bad.
My staff truly had a great time at Benihana's we were there for our company dinner and everyone enjoy their meal that was my first time coming but I wanted to come back the next day that's how much I enjoyed thank you for giving us a great experience I will soon return you guys are now my favorite restaurant
Excellent experience overall. Because of the nature of a teppanyaki restaurant the noise level was elevated, and it was challenging to converse with our friends. Our seating group of 8 was fairly quiet, but the group at the table next to us was extremely noisy. The woman taking photographs was a bit aggressive and loud. Food, beverages, ambiance, and the show put on by our chef were all great. We will return, and will recommend Benihana to friends and family.
We have been here many times but have to say that this was our most favorite visit. The chef was amazing his name was Kevin and our waiter was Kenny. The two of them together made this experience the best ever!! the food was amazing, the service was perfect and our Chef was extremely entertaining! We will definitely be back and requesting the two of them!!!
Professional & friendly staff quick & helpful. Such a beautiful ambiance. The menu options were perfect for food allergies and diet limitations. The staff were funny, delightful, and engaging. We felt very special and had very full bellys when we were finished. They took a picture of us to take home to remember the night. We celebrated our anniversary there enjoyed wonderful company around the table. Best Benihana experience!
I have being there several times, this time we reserved for a group of 6 at 830pm and waited 30 min at lobby, so by 9pm were were escorted to our seats, at the beggining the person who attended us was a little bit on rush and we felt was pushing us to order not even asking if have any questions or offered a suggestion, once we ordered our chef did everything right, taste of food very good and with good service, during our dinner the first person that hosted us came back to see if we were ok with drinks several times, these times much more calm which corrected the first impression we had.
We noticed the place shows some wear off, booth seats ripped and need to be fix.
I was seated in short order after arrival in a small room of approx 32 people that everyone was yelling at the people they were seated next to just to be heard. I couldn’t even hear what the server was saying. Within a few minutes I had to get up and leave due to the noise level. I asked to be seated at a different and quieter location, and the hostess indicated that was all they had, I left and I probably won’t return to try again.
Be flexible when exchanging one item listed in a meal with an item of equal value. Example, my guest wanted a different type of soup with their dinner. - Ala Cart, - both soups of equal value. Don’t be so rigid! Let us choose.
And don’t try to say I didn’t show up to get out of my opentable reservation fee. That was really cheap & tacky!
