I’ll never eat there the service was horrible & the menu is cut short
Best steak ever! Had the Filet Mignon and chicken hibachi. Amazing!
Waitress forgot our party was a B-day celebration. Chef was not fun and our waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time. We had to ask for refills. Chef kept flipping food all over the table when making the rice. Waitress forgot one pair of our order. I love the ambiance of the place.
We are big Benihana fans and always go to Benihana for special occasions or vacations; however this Benihana is very overpriced and no dinner options available for smaller appetites, such as my 85 year old mother.
Great spot. Will definitely come back again !!!!
Great good. Great service
Very nice place great food and service I would highly recommended this place for a unique experience...
Food was delicious and we met some great people at our table.
Had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday!
Very good experience..Staying at Caesar’s we were very pleased to see the pricing much more reasonable..
Chefs have absolute minimum amount of talent. Food is just drowned in butter. Fried rice is not even good, just drowned in butter with a splash of soy sauce. Bummed I wasted my time & money.
Going to a Benihana is always fun, and this trip was no exception. The last time I went to a Benihana was in Los Angeles, about 5 or 6 years ago. I think it involved my teenage daughter and several of her friends. In other words, it is a place I associate with fun and family. I went to this Benihana before a concert. I sat at a table with 6 strangers, and my date and I had just the BEST time. We had a great time meeting and getting to know a group of strangers and our chef was just hilarious. He even made a 'beating heart' out of a large order of fried rice and did all the usual favs like the onion volcano. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. Go to Benihana and bring back the memories and maybe meet some new friends.
Wow what a fun night! Food was amazing. Had the Benihana Trio
Above and beyond the expected fun Benihana experience (performance-style teppanyaki cooking), the decor of this location is unique and magical. You are instantly transported to Asia, with a plethora of beautiful hanging red lanterns, flowering trees, bridges over a pond, waterfall effect, and Asian decor. Within the large restaurant there is a separate sushi bar area and a separate bar/snacks area.
The food was okay needed more seasoning, the menu was not up to date had to keep asking the waiter what the price would be for certain meals , overcharged & overrated
We love Benihana’s
Great time our chef was entertaining and did a phenomenal job cooking.
I would definitely recommend Benihana's to anyone!!
The food is delicious and the Chef's are very talented!
The only item on the menu I would like to see upgraded, would be the salad. It's just regular dry slad mix from a bag and they put "1" cherry tomato in the salad. For the price per entree $40 and up I think a decent salad should accompany the entree.
Wasn't really worth the money had to pay extra for fried rice and the cook was boring
We made reservations for 7 people which was great as we had our own table. Tommy was our chef and was excellent. I would visit again.
The atmosphere was fantastic. If there are less than 4/5 of you, your reservation is obsolete as they will stall seating you until others walk in to fill your table. I’ve been to other Benihana’s that are much better in flavor and quality of the food. They do not do hibachi or Teryaki, so food is mostly bland. The filet however was excellent.
Have eaten here for many years but this time (had invited friends for their first time) it was not very entertaining and food just did not seem as enjoyable. I have always looked forward to the fried rice which has always been white in color (this time too much soy sauce I guess and food seemed oily). I am a finicky eater so for me it was not up to par. Certainly the chef and server were fine just not as entertaining, Will I be back, yes.
Love Benihana. This location is the best. Only complaint we had on this night is that they only gave us a shortened menu. I asked what happened to the old menu, did not get a straight answer but was told if there was something we want they can make it happen. About forty five minutes later the people seated at the table next to us asked for the full menu and were given the full menu. Not sure what is going on. I still love Benihana, but please give the full menu.
They don't have the full menu like at other locations.
My meat was overcooked, but with teppanyaki chef cooking in front of our group, I surely didn't want to spoil the mood of the guests seated at the table by complaining about my meat being overcooked. The entertainment factor was cheesy but fun. The service was excellent. The prices are inflated compared to Benihanas in other locations. It's Las Vegas . . . what do you expect?
This was my first time to Benihana's and it was great! The server Kenny was fantastic. I am vegan and wasn't sure how well they would be able to accommodate me but they were great. Kenny offered me options to their standard 5 course meal and told me what was already vegan. The cook was hilarious and tried to ensure the stuffy people at the end of the table were enjoying themselves. Food was delicious and atmosphere was wonderful! I will be going back!
Our dining experience was fantastic and the service was exceptional. We are sure to go back!
Benihana is an amazing restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of items on the menu. I like Terriyaki Beef and it’s not on the menu. I also thought the salad portions were a bit slim. And my waiter forgot to bring my sushi but he eventually brought late it in the meal. It was worth the wait though. It was amazing.
Also the price is a bit steep. You don’t get a plethora of food, and that can be disheartening for the price tag. A group of three adults and two kids was 260 bucks! That’s high!
Great! Loved our habachi service was amazing! He was fabulous and funny!
This Benihana’s prices are a full 25% higher than any other Benihana, and the menu size is 75% smaller. It’s definitely a Vegas gimmick. MUCH smaller menu than other Benihanas, MUCH higher prices than other Benihanas. Don’t waste your time here, the Asian restaurant next door is leagues better anyway.
We always go to Benihana for our birthday but it was our first time at the westgate location in Vegas. We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and, as usual we met some great people at our table. We will be back for my birthday in June. Great vibe.
Great service and very clean! Food was awesome too!
It was a great birthday experience the food was truly out of this world the noise was a little loud so was the smoke but it was a very nice evening
Great restaurant friendly very beautiful would give 10 stars our cook kept us entertained
We have been going to Benihana for years and this is the first time we were a little disappointed. We were served water, soup and salad. Then informed that the table would not heat up and we would have to move. We were told to just leave everything and go to a new table. They never brought our water and finally our chef went to get us water. They offer a round of drinks but didn't understand he wanted brandy and seven and he got diet cola. We were celebrating two birthdays but for the first time never offered a picture. Then they brought ice cream for the birthday people but never brought two spoons to share. Again the first time.
Maybe it was just a bad night, We will probably try again. My birthday is next month.
My dad took me for my birthday to LV, he has a timeshare at the Westgate. We decided to make reservations and have dinner at Benihana on our last night. Reservations for 9pm, we were seated right away, ordered, got drinks, soup and salad served and than nothing! Our server, Clay was polite and very attentive and told us the chefs were behind and it would be a minute and than we just all sat at our table and No one said anything to us until the chef was ready. 45 minutes later we finally started getting our meal cooked. The meal was good. The server and chef were very nice and attentive when they were at the table. But during the wait time................ we just waited! The food was good as it always is at Benihana but by the time we ate, most of us at the table were over it and ready for bed!
My family had a great time. It was both of my son’s birthday and they enjoyed the experience. It was my older son’s first time at the Westgate and he was very impressed with the casino version of Benihana. I wish I remembered the name of our hibachi chef, he was very entertaining and funny.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely do it again
