   Lived up to my expectations. The location is gorgeous and provides for a unique experience. Service was exceptional and the staff works hard to provide quality service. My go to when I’m in LV. Great for clients and family.

   My only complaint was that we had a 5:30pm reservation. The server made 5 of us wait until 6pm when the last 2 showed up. My confirmation said that Benihana has a 15 minute hold on a reservation and then we would lose it. Why were these rude people who were late get to hold up our table? We should have been given our soup and salad while we waited. PS. We wanted a 6pm reservation and were told it was NOT available.

   My first time at this Benihana’s. We found it expensive and rushed. Food was okay but prices were high especially when you factored in $7.00 extra for fried rice. Other similar places had that as part of the overall dinner. They even charged a $1.00 for Yum Yum sauce which is standard at all other Teppanyaki places I have dined at. Worst was being rushed at the end of the mail. I was still eating and they tried to take my plate. We had to request water refills. Not the quality of service expected at a fine dining place. I doubt I’ll go back as I much prefer Jade in the JW Marriott Summerlin.

    I couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate my 45th birthday the host was ready when I arrived and all my request were met. Most of all our cook James gave us a great dinning experience my guest and I had a great time with James lots of laughter he really made me feel special for my special day. I look forward to returning ☺️ way to go James!!!!!

    I have been to many Benihana restaurants more than once. I have been to this particular one at least 3x. I was a little disappointed in the food and the chef. The food was a little bland.

    We sat downstairs and it was so cold. I do not eat with a jacket on but I did this time. Extremely cold. Fried rice for $7.00 is a bit much. Wasn’t happy about that.

    Benihana is general was outstanding! ! No complaints. . But we were confused as to why when we arrived the bellhop lady told us it was CLOSED. . We almost turned back and would’ve missed out reservation

    I was celebrating my 70th birthday with my wife. Our chief was Juan. The people at are table were great. Lots of conversation and laughs. Service was great, food was outstanding. We are familiar with other Benihana’s but both my wife and I agree this was the best. Love the ambience with the waterfall. Best fried rice ever. Thanks for a great time out.

    1. Hostess packed 9 people into 4 person elevator. 2. She told us what chair to sit on. 3. Too many tables in a dining area. People on next table had to wait until our hibachi cook left so those person can move to serve them. 4. I was informed that calamari will be missed in my dish as they didn't receive it "today". It was announced right before food was put on my plate. When I asked "hostess" about it,she just said " you got more shrimp". 5. Nobody asked about quality of the food during the dinner. Absolutely no service you can expect from pricey place. Feels like overpriced buffet.

    Average food and average service for a premium brand it was very poor. Sushi was terrible and way too much cream cheese. Cool did not engage at all. Did his cooking and gone. Salad was wihlty.

    The cook could have been more interactive with his guest at the table. Look around and seeing other chef really put on a show and communicate with there guest really make a difference. Our cook only spoke to use once and that’s when he ask how we want the steak cooked. We their for the full experience of a hibachi grill. He just set the onion on fire with no talking

    Josephine was our waitress who did a great job. Antonio was our chef who was very thorough and entertaining. We had a great time, we appreciate the awesome food and service. Looking forward to the next time.

    We loved all of it from the ambiance as soon as you even get close to the door it is amazing and all the way to the top floor and everything there is so amazing. The food matched it's looks and reflects in this also. The service is beyond amazing and very polite and courteous. We would highly recommend this location for all of it's hospitality and it's amazing flavours. The drinks were amazing. I also want to thank them for pairing us with 2 other very delightful (one group of 3 and one couple) at the same table. We had an amazing evening learning about each other, enjoying great food, laughter and jokes with all of us. We might even have solved the worlds problems at one meal sitting. If the 3 ladies (Including Momma) read this review I wish to say the pleasure of your company with the other couple and the food was the best time we had in a long time. Thank you all for having us as your guests!

    This was the worst situation ever at a Benihanas. 12 people came in very late after we had been sitting. There group had 4 kids which sat at our table. They didn't know how to order. So our wait was very long. They should have had their own 2 tables. Server seemed to spend time with them because of the tip being bigger? In all, the manager was great and helped our evening get better! Food was incredible. Best we've had at any Benihanas. So turned out ok. Thank you to the management for understanding our dissatisfaction and trying to correct it.

    We took a friend for his birthday and had a great experience. The hostess and the chef were very engaging and made us feel welcome. They encouraged participation by the group 3 of us & 5 of another party. They took into account dietary needs and brought out a complimentary dessert and had all sing Happy Birthday to our friend. Great experience. Our friend the staff was more engaging at this location than another recent visit to another location.
