We had a 6:30 reservation but weren’t seated until almost 7:45. Our server (Nancy) was very attentive & our chef (Alexander) was excellent.

We come here a few times for celebrations. The staff is always nice, friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was great with us and our chef entertained the kids. Great experience at this location!

My waitress was amazing , very sweet . I did expect more from our chef , he didn’t do any tricks . He didn’t speak much and was over very quick but maybe he was rushing because it was Valentine’s Day . Overall the experience was good , I will return .

First time coming to a hibachi franchise. I’ve been to private business hibachi restaurants many times before but never to a Benihana’s. Nothing impressive at all. Our hibachi chef wasn’t even of Asian decent and was that’s ok but I wonder if it was the establishment that made him wear a mask to hide this. His accent gave him away but that is ok. Just saying for a big name hibachi franchise like this, you would think they would have an actual Asian person as part of the experience. The only Asian people working there that were walking around were 2 women that served drinks and brought you your bill which again is ok but not fulfilling of the experience. I will stick to the lesser known, smaller names for a more authentic feel and experience. Kudos to the people that work there and I applaud you as my review has nothing to do with them on a personal level. They all work hard and deserve their keep. As a personal preference, I prefer a more authentic experience for the sake of cultural history.
