    The food was good. Lunch time menu was not offered even though it was 1pm, was given the higher priced dinner menu-not cool! The cook did not speak and barely interacted with usual tricks. Celebrating a special occasion that was indicated on my online reservation, was not actioned. Disappointing time at Benihana, not what we are used to. Will choose a different venue for future.

    This evening's visit to Benihana was a letdown. The bartender's exceptional service stood out. Regrettably, the manager's false claim about his name being Anthony and Danny, the inoperable toilets, and substandard serving were significant disappointments. On the other hand, the bartender delivered outstanding service, creating fantastic drinks and attending to our needs. He was the only staff member who demonstrated a commitment to customer care. Not a single working toilet in the restaurant. Rotorooter was there pumping the bathrooms while we ate. Pics available. Food was late, cold, we received 3 out of 6 courses. I do not recommend dining here.

    The food was excellent! My filet mignon was cooked to perfection! And it seemed like we got more vegetables than last time! The service was outstanding! We started at the bar for Happy Hour and our bartender was engaging and so nice! The wonderful service continued as we were seated ... Our Chef was terrific and treated each of us as if he was our own individual personal Chef! In total, a wonderful experience !!

    While it was a busy holiday dinner time. The overall food quality has greatly declined. I've been a long time customer well over a decade. The restaurant overall is in dire need of repairs both inside and out. The outside is dirty, the inside needs many repairs, and it is obvious not much is being maintained which has me questioning the kitchen area hygiene. The male bathroom faucets are coming undone, they are loose and not indicative of a restaurant that charges as much as benihana does. The food quality is not great and the portion sizes have been reduced. I did not get a soup with my meal and it is included. The server is not attentive to their table. The hibachi chef seemed not well trained, did not put on a show at all as is expected. Doubtful the chef even had the skill to do a show. Sadly the attention to detail at this restaurant is missing and as such it is doubtful i would return and recomend others to rethink where they choose to spend their money.

    This place was packed when we got there but honestly I don’t know why because the food was very mediocre and I didn’t find it cheap. I did not enjoy my food at all. I would have been better off ordering in at home.
