    The chef at the Hibachi table was outstanding, great show. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The server was also outstanding and intensive to our needs and requests.

    Terrible experience and we won’t be coming back. We had a reservation for 6pm to avoid the busiest dinner crowd and still barely had the waiter’s attention. He asked for any allergies or requests and failed to communicate our preferences to the chef - we wanted the chicken and steak cooked after everything else since animal fat made my sister sick. When the chef was told, he still couldn’t manage to cook the seafood and veggie items first before making the chicken and steak. My sister’s order had to be re-made in the kitchen and was told it would take 15 minutes. It took 40 minutes. Everyone else was mostly done before her food came out. And when she took a few bites, her stomach started to turn. She stopped eating and had to rush to the ladies room to spit out the food. Clearly they didn’t accommodate her request in the back kitchen either. For the rest of us, the chef was so slow we were picking at our plates with zucchini just waiting for the steak, chicken, seafood portion to be done. Even at the end when we ordered dessert, they missed an order. This was a graduation celebration, which we told the waiter at the very start, and nothing special was done. We had to flag down another staff member for the check to finally get out of there. I told the host we can’t get any attention from our waiter and nothing was done. Absolutely the worst experience all around from every staff member.

    The quality of food has gone down drastically and the prices increased significantly. We dined early in the evening, one other table was occupied. We were brought to a table whose grill was still dirty with particles from the last diners. We asked for the area to be cleaned twice prior to our meal being cooked. The quality of the food was terrible and not worth the expensive bill. My martini came with something black floating in it. Will not return.

    We waited 50 mins between soup and salad and the chef coming out. Terrible. No acknowledgment that we were waiting.

    Made a reservation for 8pm, walked in at 7:55pm and saw over 35 people standing in the long entryway/hallway waiting to be seated. I work in hospitality & food service myself, and after noticing on the hostess stand their version of a reservation book or their seating chart system is a blank piece of white computer paper with names and number of guests being scratched off according to size and what can fit at each hibatchi table rather than the guests ACTUAL time of their reservation, I realized that this was going to be a long wait. Instead of going according to the reservations in order, they used a tetris style format and sat people based on who could fit where. The lighting in the front bar area has super cheap bright lighting, no ambience at all. Incredibly dirty restaurant, young kids working the front with no customer service etiquette. Busser walking around picking up empty glassware at the bar lounge area, but NOT wiping anything down. It was disgusting and sticky, everywhere. We were finally sat at 8:59pm. The food was alright, the chef had to ask other staff members to re-up on chicken twice since he estimated the wrong amounts for the guests at the table and what we ordered. The vegetables that came with the meal wereminimal, I think I received under 1 oz of zucchini and onion, the portion size from the chef was inconsistent and incredibly short handed. When we asked the waitress to add an upcharge for EXTRA EGG for my husbands fried rice she said quote “it’s really busy tonight, i’ll see what we can do i’ll make note to the chef but no guarantees” …. over one egg ? you either can do it or not. All in all, the chef did not add extra egg or ask my husband if he wanted this accommodation, yet, the waitress was SURE to add that to the bill WITHOUT knowing if the request was honored. Lastly, I was handed the payment terminal and the waitress hovered over my back and said DOUWANNALEAVETIP?? instead of allowing me privacy to make that choice. Terrible service.
