We celebrated our wedding anniversary. It’s the first time we’ve eaten out in months and we were so happy to have this be our first choice

Great Chef Ricardo. 2nd day for him. Didn’t seem like it. Had us full half way thru dinner. Everything was great

Benihana is the place to be, we love to great there for all occasion.

Service was good, as expected. Our waitress was attentive. Food was mediocre at best. Nothing special. Chef was not engaging nor 'fun' as in the past. Not sure if we'll be back - many other better options.

Everything was wonderful. Only thing was the waitress didn’t keep her mask on all the time when she was around us.

This was my first time eating here and it was a wonderful experience. I will be back!!

My favorite restaurant never disappoints me. Food is always good!

Great place for lunch we had very good time and food was great

It was nice to get out. We sat in the sushi bar there was plenty of social distancing.

Brittany was my waitress, her attitude is horrible so bad we didn’t leave a tip!!!
Carry out orders are priced more, even if you order while you’re eating there!!!
The manager was rude when I asked to explain!! The food is great but the service is horrible!!!

I had a great experience at the Benihana in Troy. I was leery at first about going out to eat with COVID 19 still being present but glad I did. The service was good and the food was amazing. Most importantly it was clean and I felt safe. I will return again soon.

Filet mignon was very chewy. Wasn’t allowed to sit in good seat. Had to wear mask to enter but take off once we got to table which was pretty dumb.

I think my expectation was a bit high coming from Asia.

Waitress was very cheerful. The chef was very entertaining and the filet, chicken, scallops and chicken fried rice were outstanding!

Jeremy was an excellent cook. It was very clean, and following all the safety measures due to covid 19

Celebrating our Anniversary, server was extremely horrible she didn’t introduce herself had to ask her name, forgot a guest rice and still never came out with it... was not attentive to the guest needs never brought out the salads... will not be back to this location...

Did not suggest cocktails nor explained the menu to us

Food was good, as usual, but there were 9 people at our table. One of our party couldn’t make it, so there would’ve been 10. They seemed short staffed.

The food was especially delicious and perfectly seasoned and cooked by the chef.

Really enjoyed the cook very energetic and funny, kept whole table laughing

It was ok there was nothing fancy. He just came to the table said his name and cooked the meal and left

Benihana is delicious. I had a good time celebrating my birthday there with my girlfriend. The food was great but the waitress took way too long to get refills on our drinks and did not bring the white rice that my girlfriend wanted until almost the end of the meal

Very slow to seat us the lounge -45 minutes -but there was only 1 other couple seated. Not many diners so I couldn’t understand why there was a long wait

Our chef was absolutely amazing! Our server seemed a little bit overwhelmed but he was still very personable.

This time the visit was much more pleasant than my previous visit which was very poor.Had to wait over an hour after making a reservation. Under staffed that day . Felt very bad for all the chefs that day.
This time was much better.

My fiance and I arrived 30 minutes prior to our reservation and we just so happened to be there at the start of happy hour. Our hostess encouraged us to utilize the bar until our table was ready. The individual working in the bar area acknowledged us and gave us menus. He then began to tend to the one individual who had previously ordered a carryout. After about 10 minutes went by, we had to flag down the individual to let him know what we would like to drink. He placed the orders (or so we thought) and continued to service the individual ordering carry out. We never received our drinks. We asked the second individual that began working (I'm assuming was coming off of a break) to put in our order again because we never received our first drinks. In that amount of time, another couple that was already at the bar was receiving second drinks when we had not even received our first. At this point, it was time for us to be seated, still without our drinks. We asked for our same drinks when our waitress was taking our order and still NEVER received our drinks. Meanwhile, the same couple that was at the bar receiving drinks were able to keep going to the bar from our table and get what they ordered. We were there to celebrate my fiance's birthday but could not even have a cocktail to add to the celebration.

Requested A Certain Cook, Didn't Happen. The Cook I Had Was Terrible Food Was Everywhere. He Was Using Profanity While Serving Us. Just Not A Good Experience. Service At This Location Is Declining.

The manager was mean and waiter was slow and had particles falling from his beard while serving us, but the chef was amazing! I believe his name was Mahamadou, he was absolutely amazing.

Waitress was very good but disappointed with Chef and after complaining to management even more disappointed.
