Didn’t get seated until after over an hour after our reservation. Waiter took 25 minutes to bring drinks. Forgot to give us forks. And was charging us for stuff we didn’t order. Place was dirty, bathrooms was disgusting. The table and stove top were still dirty when we were brought to the table

Second time visiting this location with a reservation and having to be seated 30-45 minutes later. This recent visit, I had a reservation at 6:30 pm and got seated 7:10 pm. Our server took our orders right away and brought out our drinks, soups, and salad in a timely matter. After that we proceeded to wait 40 minutes, at 8 pm our server informed us that our chef will be over in 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed and no chef arrived, so I walked out with my party and requested to speak to a manager. The manager basically shrugged his shoulders as he said they were overbooked and understaffed, but we never saw a manager while we were waiting for over an hour to inform the whole table. There was a line of people waiting to speak to the manager after we did. If you don’t mind waiting 90+ minutes to be served after your reservation, this is your spot.

We had a very nice time celebrating my granddaughter‘s 14th birthday. She loved it. Our chef was fun and made us laugh. And I must say the lobster rolls are Fuego 🔥

Last few times the food has given everyone bloated GI symptoms, similar to how MSG can make people feel. Also short staffed on chefs leading to about an hour wait before food is served.

Had the worst experience with service. I wish I could rate only on the cooking experience. Alexandro was the best cook. It was my sister and I first time coming to Benihana but the sever Bobby was the worst. He picked up every one else's soup and salad bowl and I had to ask for home to pick up ours, he never brought our white rice out till we were almost down with our meal and that's because we asked the cook, had us sitting for over 30 minutes waiting for a bill. I had to get up and ask the hostess to look for him. I complained to the Manager Emma and I didn't even get an apology. Such horrible service.

Waited over an hour after our reservation time to get seated for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone was starving and were grumpy from waiting. Found out they didn’t have enough chefs. Manager should be fired for allowing to overbook reservations knowing they don’t have enough staff. I will never go back here again
