¡Bienvenido a Benihana! Aquí, cenar se volverá una experiencia como ninguna. Nuestros visitantes son sentados en mesas comunes, donde un chef personal lleva a cabo el Tepanyaki, un arte culinario ancestral. We had a 6:15 PM reservation and ended up waiting over an hour and a half to be seated — with no proactive communication or update from the manager on duty. We were originally told it would be just a 20-minute delay. This was meant to be a special celebration for my child’s 3rd birthday, but it turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Not a single apology, no complimentary drinks, no gesture to make up for the situation — just silence and disorganization. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and indifference from the staff made an already bad situation feel downright disrespectful. Truly disappointing management and customer care. Marc

I made a reservation for my son’s graduation celebration because I knew it would be close to impossible to get in as a walk in. We still had to wait over an hour to be seated. My kids had to sit outside because it was extremely crowded inside. The evening was saved due to a very nice cook. Earl turned our evening around and kept us engaged and entertained. I don’t understand how making a reservation meant nothing. I made the reservation days in advance and confirmed ahead of time as well. My son LOVES Benihana’s but we don’t go as often as he would like because it doesn’t seem efficiently ran. I guess it’s still good for business on your side but as a consumer, it’s can be looked at as too much to deal with. Just my opinion.

We had a 7:45 reservation, but was told they couldn’t take us until 9:00. The place was dirty, and there was dirty gloves on the floor

I will never come back to the Torrance location. We had a reservation for 8 people and still had to wait over 40 minutes. The hostess was beyond rude and laughed and smerked when we questioned why we had to wait so long and told us we were lucky we weren't waiting longer. The manager was of zero help or assistance and admitted he was talking to us only to shut us up. Our server had no idea what he was doing and over charged us by more than $80. The food was fine, nothing special. We will never come back here again and I advise you don't either.

Benihana is always a favorite for us when celebrating. We went for a birthday and the entertaining chefs are hilarious and make it a family wide fun event.

The food was GREAT; Earl is by far The BEST Chef and I refuse to have anyone else cook for me. Earl has been my chef for the last year, and he has never disappointed!
