Our waitress was a humble beautiful soul! Our cook was very entertaining.

Birthday dinner

I told the host, the waitresses, the chef it was my daughters birthday. We heard them sing to 3 other tables but nobody sang to my daughter. Kind of a disappointing birthday.

The service is great food and drinks was amazing .

Birthday tradition that didn’t disappoint...best waitress we’ve had at that location in a long time.

The floor was so so so dirty where we sitting. All the food was on the floor.
Table and chair were also not clean.
Food was not as good as I enjoyed on westheimer location.
It was our anniversary but looks like i chose the wrong restaurant this time.

Went Friday and took a while before drink order was taken but food was excellent and will be coming back

Brought my daughter here for the first time hoping for a show. Our chef wasn’t enthusiastic seems like he was just going through the motions and was very quiet so it ruined the experience I wished for her at 5 years old and the 40 minute drive it took to get there. Otherwise he was extremely polite and did a good job with the food and what we asked for order wise.

Half of the experience is the cooking and the “entertainment” while the food is cooking. Our chef did the onion train and the beating heart poorly. There was nothing else added. He either didn’t want to be there or doesn’t have the personality to be a hibachi chef. If the food was excellent, I could overlook the rest of the experience but the food was poorly cooked as well. It was just disappointing and definitely not worth $300. I won’t be taking the family back.

Really enjoyed our chef and the food, however did not enjoy the service. My husband and I were the only 2 people at the table and our server was pretty much non-existent after the chef arrived. I had to flag him down to get another beverage and when he took a picture for my birthday, he only took one shot and our eyes were closed. He was very apathetic and seemed tired. I also felt a little discriminated against when he asked for my id for my birthday reward but did not ask for an id for another person Who actually provided this reward after their meal. Needless to say, this person what’s up a different skin here than me. As far as the cleanliness or sanitization, there were really no hand sanitizers available throughout the restaurant. They clean the tables as usual but it didn’t seem like the seats or anything or sanitized. All the servers wore masks and mostly all the people in the restaurant wore masks until they received their food so that was good. It seem like everyone was there for their birthday celebration, which means just about everyone have the birthday coupons. I may return for the food but definitely not for the service.

The Chef demonstrated new cooking design with the food and as always , the food was outstanding!!

Birthday dinner

First time back to Benihana in more than a year in the COVID-19 pandemic. Glad to see that they were taking the public safety precautions seriously, even as Texas relaxed the mask requirements and occupancy guidelines. Great service in a busy restaurant. The food was prepared well. It was better than the last time we were there. The prices are a bit high, but still an acceptable value for the show. We will return.

The food and staff are wonderful. We eat there every week-the lunch portions are just the right size. Staff takes extra care in keeping everything clean.
