Benihana - Stuart Ratings and Reviews
You need to get rid of the tables downstairs in the bar area. You need a much larger Bar area and the sushi bar is fine for people who just come for that
The Dining experience would be much better if the staff were of Asian decent and dressed to fit the restaurant. The only vegetable you offered was zucchini, what happened to the bean sprouts.
We will not be back
The first Table we were seated at was very noisy. The people around us at two other tables both had Children that were loud, the Adults were even louder, yelling back and forth to the other table. We asked to have our table changed. We had to wait a while but it was worth the wait.
The table we were at were all adults. The other tables in the room were mixed. The noise was as expected. Not like the first table. I think people should be more considerate of people around them.
Our chef was absolutely amazing! He had new jokes and made it a very interactive experiences. The portions were smaller than I was used to at similar habachi restaurants but the variation on the show and the level of inter-activeness surely made up for it. Would definitely return however if you are starving you may want to order an appetizer.
Its been over 20 years since our last visit and we waited to long. The inside is new and so are the grounds. The fun is the same inside. Plenty of food and good service. We had a great time with the chef cutting and serving the food she cooked. Go early and its not to crowded, as we finished up dinner the place filled up. We missed go to the bar area and it must have been packed as most people went down there as we waited for our table. Next visit we will try.
My husband and I went to Behihana for Christmas Dinner. We wanted to do something different. We had a great time. I am so glad we booked this dinner and Definately will do it again. We have relatives coming down to Stuart for vacation in October 2018 and we will be going to Benihana.
Everything was good-we’ve been coming to this location off and on for 30 years- but during the holidays, they squeeze 1-2 more chairs at each table. Our visit was like that. Their tables seat 8; our table had 9 and on last visits we’ve had 10. This makes for a very uncomfortable dinner, since you don’t have enough room to eat. For the price, you should expect to be seated at a table for the number of people it was designed to seat, which is 8.
