We had a reservation for 7 o’clock. Did not get called in until 8 o’clock. The two women that were to greet us at the door were not very nice. They both ignored us. When we went upstairs to dinner, the entire place was smoky. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Our drinks were wrong. We expIt was expensive. The cook was mediocre at best. Our server was good. That is about the only good thing I could say about this restaurant. We’ll not return.

This trip was a waste of money. We had 8 people in our party. The cook burnt the fried rice and the chicken for the meals, then he didn't have everyone's meats to go with their meal.

The Benihana experience might not be what it was 20 years ago but it’s still pretty good. This restaurant has a lot of years on it and it shows. On this visit the A/C was having issues and they brought in portable A/C units. If anything it was on the cold side. The tapani tables helped. Our chef was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was flawless.

As usual the service and food were excellent. Great chef and an attentive waiter. It was very noisy as it was Memorial Day and the restaurant was packed.

Food not as good as it used to be, very crowded in between tables, view was great, but server was very rushy. Made me feel like we had to eat as quickly as possible and was ready to push us out of the door when dessert came. Really smoky as well and we were right in the middle of two other revelations and took a chair out and still didn’t have enough table space or room for anything. Came in with a stroller and felt we were in the way and they didn’t think to sit us somewhere else we might’ve felt more comfortable at and it was my birthday, I even wrote on the reservation is was a birthday and we had to tell the server and she didn’t seem too happy about it. Tipped 18% only because I felt obligated to with her standing there with the tablet in my face, but felt it wasn’t even an 18% experience and I myself am a server in the industry for 13 years.
