   Reservation was at 6 , waited till 7 for all my guests to arrive. my reservation was for 9 people however they only at first accommodated for 8. manager was rude towards my daughter when she asked for another chair for her friend. Our chef Adil was amazing , 10/10 food. cook did take a while to come to our table however

   The meal started with another person at the table with an allergy. Instead of making this customers meal differently, they wanted to make my meal in the back when we went to the restaurant. When I said that is not why we came to Benihana then cook at the table took out his frustrations on the table. We spent a lot of money for overcooked chicken because it was on the grill too long, very crunchy rice, and a very haphazardly cooked meal. ( getting pasta and rice was incorrect distribution.)

   The lunch crowd was lively and I enjoyed watching all of the chef’s cooking and performing Our waiter Kevin was fantastic and made this not just a meal but an experience Scallops were delicious as was the complete meal

   Ok the cook we had was great his service was 1000% but the rest of the staff horrible! The greeters at the front horrible the restaurant was over booked and short staffed! My reservation was 7:30 I didn’t sit down until 9pm didn’t eat until 10:30pm , it was Mother’s Day and when I asked what was the point of having a reservation if we had to wait 2 hours the answer they give me was everyone had a reservation. Horrible service don’t recommend

   Overall, it was busy because of it being Mother's Day. Other than that I feel like they could have given you more food we had very little vegetables and the rice was hard. Nothing toward the chef he was amazing.

   The experience here was a disaster. Reservation was 7pm for Mother’s day, 4 adults and 3 toddlers. Showed up early and we did not get seated until 8:30pm. Waited over 90 minutes. Once sat, it took over 60 minutes and a yelling at the manager to bring a chef to our table to cook the food. Once the chef showed up and was done, it was 3 hours later since our reservation until we had our food served. Will never touch any of these Benihana places ever again. Disaster. Not even an apology from management.

   Try Edison first. Another dissatisfied couple mentioned this to my party. And get there before your reservation time because you’ll be waiting!

   Mother’s Day we waited over an hour to be seated even after we had reservations for 5 with three young children. I actually thought the food was tasty and well prepared but I’d have appreciated being seated a lot sooner when I made reservations. I also noticed that the hibachi chef did fewer tricks, likely because it was so many people and they were trying to turnover tables. My kids enjoyed and the food was good so they have a pretty flat rating. Maybe Mother’s Day is just the wrong day to come.
