    Never been to a Benihana, knew that showing up on a Wed night wasn’t going to be that exciting but this was meh: 3 kids, 2 adults: no alcohol just sodas… hibachi steak, shrimp, and three kids, $240 including tip. Shrimp had no taste, steak was eh, soup was bland. Rice was eh. Performance with the fire and all that was maybe a 2/5, guy was tired around 8:45p. Definitely overpriced for a very lackluster meal. Not impressed.

    I took my family to dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She really enjoyed her food and the overall hibachi experience. I know it is common to be seated with other parties at restaurants like this, but we don't really prefer it. Overall, it was a good experience and fun for kids.

    Food ws yummy, and the table side preparation is always entertaining and impressive. It was a bit too warm (weak ac) but we were in a crazy heatwave , so maybe unavoidable

    We did book an earlier reservation, and I understand that by booking a communal experience, you need to wait for a certain number of people to fill a table. The folks we ended up sitting with, plus us, all had to wait at least 15 minutes past our reservation time (I waited closer to 40 minutes in total) for the table to be ready. Our server was attentive and tried to meet our requests, but it was definitely a lot for one person to handle. I could tell the place was understaffed, and that made the server's experience harder. I think what could've helped is if he went slower with taking everyone's orders, and reading them back, because there were a lot of mistakes between drinks and food. There were a LOT of tables that needed bussing - and again, it's most likely understaffed, but I think management really needs to make sure there is enough coverage and that employees are being compensated fairly for picking up the work of multiple employees. The food and drinks were wonderful, and our chef was perfect. We didn't have the strongest experience, but everyone was trying their best, so I admire the staff working hard.

    We seated about 15 minutes after reservation, but that was my fault as the rest of my party had not arrived. Once seated, we waitress went over the menu and drink options, which was OK. Proceeded to wait for the drinks for about 10 to 15 minutes in about 40 to 50 minutes before the chef came. The chef had a great attitude, but the food was tasteless. I don’t think I’ll be coming again.
