I made my reservation for 1PM. The lady at the front desk could have been nicer at dealing with the whatever issue they were having with having us seated by 1:25 Waiter was nice and did his best taking the order. The cook came in by 2:15 pm Food was very good.

Reservations @7:15 - Sat @8:00 pm - no chef to table until 9:30. All food was cooked incorrectly. No manager to the table until we complained. Apparently they had more customers sat then chefs available but proceeded to sit customers. Poor management we won’t be returning

6:00 pm reservation. Don’t seat us until 6:30. Soup 45 minutes later after ordering. Four tables that were seated after us have their chefs at their table. Chef not to our table until 7:50 As I write this it’s 8:10 and the food is going on my plate. Avoid Saturdays here.

Dirty. Bathrooms disgusting. Food was covered in oil to the point where you couldn’t taste the chicken.

Reservation was at 6 , waited till 7 for all my guests to arrive. my reservation was for 9 people however they only at first accommodated for 8. manager was rude towards my daughter when she asked for another chair for her friend. Our chef Adil was amazing , 10/10 food. cook did take a while to come to our table however

The meal started with another person at the table with an allergy. Instead of making this customers meal differently, they wanted to make my meal in the back when we went to the restaurant. When I said that is not why we came to Benihana then cook at the table took out his frustrations on the table. We spent a lot of money for overcooked chicken because it was on the grill too long, very crunchy rice, and a very haphazardly cooked meal. ( getting pasta and rice was incorrect distribution.)

The lunch crowd was lively and I enjoyed watching all of the chef’s cooking and performing Our waiter Kevin was fantastic and made this not just a meal but an experience Scallops were delicious as was the complete meal

Ok the cook we had was great his service was 1000% but the rest of the staff horrible! The greeters at the front horrible the restaurant was over booked and short staffed! My reservation was 7:30 I didn’t sit down until 9pm didn’t eat until 10:30pm , it was Mother’s Day and when I asked what was the point of having a reservation if we had to wait 2 hours the answer they give me was everyone had a reservation. Horrible service don’t recommend
