Chef was okay, nothing extravagant and didn’t seem like he enjoyed his job too much. Waitresses were good!

Very accommodating for our birthday celebration. Good food, service and appreciated holding our birthday cake for us and cutting it after dinner. Great experience.

We frequent Benihana periodically and we have never been disappointed. The entertainment as they cook your food is great. The food as always was exceptional and the service from the waitress was outstanding!

Never was served. Walked out after 45 minute wait.

The food was good but there seemed to be a mix up with communication between multiple waitresses serving the table we were at. One waitress took orders for ice cream and green tea after the meal some time had passed and it didn’t come until one of the other guests asked about it. Ice cream came but no green tea. Then the other guest asked a waiter passing by for the green tea. The only other thing I wish the chief that prepared the food would have asked ahead of time if there were any food allergies or dislikes on how the food was prepared. One son dislikes onions and the other son has an allergy to shellfish. Not the service I am use to as I have wrote reviews for this place before. I would have to reconsider coming back.

When we arrived we had a wait so we sat at the bar. We were there about 5 minutes before the bartender even acknowledged us. At the end of our dinner we did not receive our ice cream. I realize that was closing time but that doesn’t mean that we should be treated any differently. By the time we received our appetizers we were already eating our main course. In the future, I will go to Hamada Japan for my Japanese wants. The portions are larger and I’ve NEVER had the inkling of an unpleasant experience there!!!

Had great time. Quick to get beverages and meal. Chef really was entertaining and got group involved with his antics. Seemed more active then other chefs at other tables

Our experience was outstanding. I've been to Benihana restaurants in Michigan, Illinois, and Nevada. I've never been disappointed. Awesome place to eat!

Great dining and entertainment spot for friends & business acquaintances. Excellent and courteous service with no queue or wait to get seated for lunch. Enjoy this spot and will ho back.

We sat in the Sushi Lounge. The food was good, the service was good. I wish they'd give you a whole cup of soup instead of half a cup. $3.50 for half a cup of soup. Irks me.

I was not happy, we waited over an hour for chef to show up, scallops should be cooked on both sides and mushrooms should not have that much dirt on them. It was disappointing.

Food was great! 5hey put on a show for you while they make your food. My ex-girlfriend and I lived it.

Enjoyed our meal and the show! Kids had fun and great place for families. Quality steak and sea food as well.

The server was extremely slow. We sat and waited almost an hour before the chef came out to cook. When we paid it took her 30min to return with our cards. The cook was excellent he apologized and moved as quickly as possible. I hope the tip went towards him.

Everything was good. The stuff is friendly .It was quick and easy to order ,the chef was really pleasant and kept everybody entertain

We used to live nearby but moved to Michigan and we were visiting and had a craving for Benihana. This visit did not disappoint. Was a little pricey for 2 meals and one cocktail (over $125) but for a once in a while thing it was worth it.

Had reservations @6:30 and was seated 1/2 hour later. Drinks came late, appetizer came after meal was being served. Taste is not the same as it was 10 years ago. Price is higher with a lot less portions of shrimp appetizer and maim entree....

I was not happy the second time, our waitress was fussing with a black couple saying extra for this and that. It was quite embressing, that kept saying that, it was OK. I didn't like it. We know how much it cost to be at your restaurant. The chef was really not into it. It just wasn't fun. I couldn't wait to get out. I don't like when people humiliate people. Low class.

I took my employees to this location to celebrate a birthday for one of them. We shared that he was vegetarian initially but some how shrimp was still put on his plate. The manager and staff treated us as if we did something wrong and did not seem to understand that fixing another plate for him was not appropriate because this spoiled his appetite. There was NOTHING done to fix the issue. A poor overall experience. Avoid going there.

Great place for a special occasion with a fun atmosphere. The chef we had was very entertaining and kept all the parties at the table eangaged with each other. The food was good and it is a bonus that you see what you’re going to get. I would definitely go again.

Perhaps the best hibachi restaurant I have been too. The food and the service were great. The cocktails were better than other restaurants.

Chef was awesome! Food waa delicious and he made us laugh the entire time! He definitely made my wife’s birthday a great one! The waitress on the other hand was rude. Sbe looked really impatient while we chose our drinks and food! Her body language said it all!!

I've been to this Benihana many times. We go several times a year. I've noticed that the price has gone up and the portions shrunk and also the performance is getting weaker. Our chef didn't really engage much, I mean I guess he talked to the kids on the table a little bit. But for the price, I'm starting to expect more. I mean they even started skimping on the soup, bowls just filled past half-way. The fried rice would be heaping out the bowl, now doesn't even reach the rim. Disappointing. And this is inexpensive food. I'm not expecting bigger steaks. However, the servers were fantastic, as always.

Good food for the value, friendly staff. A bit of a feeling being rushed, waiting area is a little dark and not really appealing. Always fun to watch the cook at his work.

Great food, our server was very attentive and everything was perfect! Enjoyed the show as our meals were cooked in a fun energetic show. All our food was delicious and drinks were good.

Waited over an hour for them to start cooking, than had to sit another twenty min for the stove to heat up because they forgot to start it up, was out for my 12 year old birthday and was out later than needed to be

Our experience was very nice, our chef was Mateo who was quite the entertainer and an expert cook, so was our Server Maria! It was my families first time there and maria made sure I knew what I was going to look forward to and was very helpful during our dining experience! We will definitely return!

Very disappointed, had a 700 pm reservation, came early 640 pm. Was told to sit in the bar area and wait. Thought someone would come and ask us for a drink order. After sitting there for 10 minutes realized there is no waitress . Read on the TV monitor that happy hour ends at 700 pm, the maître d never mentioned happy hour to us. We went up to the bar , waited for the bartender, who kept getting interrupted by the waitresses and dropped a glass behind the bar, Finally took our drink order and I asked will this be happy hour price. He said if it is before 7 pm, if after 7 no it won't. By the time he made the drinks then put the charge in the cash register it was 7:04 pm and wqe were charged regular price. How rude !!

Our group of four was seated with another foursome also celebrating a birthday which made it extra fun. The server was great and the chef kept us laughing while he prepared (& did tricks) with our food....excellent scallops, calamari, and shrimp as well as veggies. The soup & salad that come with the 5-course meal were delicious. Also enjoyed the Fuji apple flavored saki. All in all it was a very special evening and yummy meal.

Food lacked any flavor and the service was rushed. We wanted on drinks and our ordered appetizers arrived after the soup and salad

We come hungry and leave satisfying full and happy.

The food was very good I recommend the chicken fried rice it is delicious. Me and my boyfriend had a really good time there for his birthday.
