   Our waiter was good but our chief was ok. I didn’t like the fact that she forgot about my daughter’s fried rice and when I mentioned to her she just crape off what’s on the cooking table and gave her 1/2 bowl of fried rice. Instead of just cooking a new rice for her cause she made a mistake. Also the volcano onion fell flat in 1 sec. I brought my family in for a show but instead the kids was disappointed.

   I've been here twice and both experiences were not great. Planning on going to a different one in the area next time.

   Zach was the best hibachi chef we’ve ever had. He’s entertaining and funny. Will request him next time!

   The server after taking our order and providing the soup and salad never came back to our table. Nobody was able to get refills on drinks etc The cook didn’t provide the normal show as everything was very rushed. The food itself came out quiet good

   Food was good. The service was okay our waitress was not the greatest she took long just to bring things to us. The hostess to check us in wasn’t there. When we were able to check in we had reservations and some one walked in and got seated before us without reservations?? I was disappointed usually they are better. The bathrooms were gross and dirty they aren’t maitained. It’s like no nobody cleans them.

   Went with family and friends for my birthday. The hostess, server, and table chef are professional and friendly. The Chef (Des) was great, kept us entertained the entire dinner. The food was delicious and all guests were pleased and want to return in the near future. We joked that Benehana should send him to Japan for a vacation and relaxation 😄

   The waitress that helped us for the night was terrible. She kept getting everything incorrect. I asked her if I can get no dressing on my salad and she said “oh you need to mention that to your cook” and I was like okay? Next thing you know she brought all our table salads and I looked at her and said I wait I just mentioned to you that I did not want dressing on my salad and she said “oh so sorry I didn’t understand you”?! How do you not understand no dressing on the salad? Also she was not checking in on us. I had to keep asking her for napkins and she would forget to bring them to us . And I asked for a refill and she forgot. By the end of the dinner when she was asking what ice cream we wanted I said chocolate. She came back with nothing and said “oh sorry did you want chocolate “? It was not loud in the room . She was just not paying attention. She needs to slow down and take your time . You can repeat yourself to me in order to get it right . Very disappointing dinner and the cook was not talking to us . And the food was extremely salty. Never had a bad experience here until now .

   We were a large party, to the point we had to be split among two tables. Half our party arrived early, including my elderly mom in a wheelchair. They wouldn't seat our partial party until the rest arrived. Being adjacent to our other party, it was easy to compare... they got their drinks, soup and salad sooner than us. Our service was consistently slower than our other table. The dinner "show" didn't disappoint, as always. It's great to celebrate a special occasion. Just don't be in a hurry.

    I made a reservation for 9:45pm and wasn’t seated until 10:30pm after asking the hostess about our reservation she stated they had 9:30 reservations that were still not seated! Finally after being seated the waiter was very rude, he came by the table once 2x during the entire meal and didn’t refill my drink once! The food was way too salty and we ended up eating at 11:45pm! The bill came and they charged each person at the table wrong! It was not worth it! Very dissapointing!
