Everything was excellent, I do recommend getting heaters now that winter is coming.

I love Benihana! The food is always great! & I was looking forward to our reservation after months of quarantine. Our waitress was really nice and attentive and the food was delicious except for the chicken fried rice was a little different than usual. Not sure what they changed. Also our reservation was at 8:30 and they start closing down at 9pm so we felt a little rushed. After our waitress took our payment we seen her leaving to her car. We finished our drinks and left and noticed the restaurant doors were locked and dark inside. Next time well book an earlier reservation but they really shouldn’t offer such a late reservation if they’re not going to at least wait until their last customers leave.
Normally pretty good. But the service was poor that night. Salad, soup, and entrée all came out at the same time.
The shrimp on our plate was brought to us cold, the waiter took the food and brought it back warmed up but the sushi that she brought afterwards was literally frozen in the middle, it was like if they had it in the back of the fridge.
They mest up when processing the payment for my husband and i they charged us 30$+ extra and corrected it but ended up not splitting the amount correctly again so they took our payments and charged us AGAIN.
The waiter was nice but honestly there were too many errors.
For the price of $156 for two people it was not worth it. Just the hype, not going back. it was so disappointing because it was mine and my husbands birthday dinner that we drove +30 minutes for
I didn’t find it fair that we still had the pay the same price as when the chef is cooking at the table. All the food came from the kitchen. It wasn’t fun to pay show prices without no show.
Not much of a patio. They could do a lot to make it better and welcoming than just having table and chairs.

Our meal was delicious and our chef Braxton was awesome. He had the best show we've seen in a long time.
Everything was great and they really take great precautions to keep everyone safe.

Our waiter Alfonso provided us excellent service. Also Chef Braxton gave us a great show and was extremely professional. The location is so convenient and clean.
Loved it, it was my boyfriend’s first time. Got there a little earlier but they attended us pretty quick. Safe environment

We very much enjoyed our Teppan dinner plus and the staff made us feel safe taking all the necessary precautions all wearing face masks, face shields, and using gloves.

This was our first time back to in-house dining since the pandemic. Benihana did everything first rate from the moment we arrived. They took all the necessary precautions to ensure our safety. We sat at our own table ( we had a party of 3), and our chef, Braxton, prepared our meal at a separate table across from us. It was my son’s 16th birthday and Benihana made it very special for him. The food, service and ambience was first rate and extremely sanitary. We will be going back!!
It’s weird how the chef cooks on the table next to your not in front of you. Kinda ruins the whole experience.
Honestly, they changed the experience because of COVID. Which I totally understand; however, you got no show. The chef was basically just cooking with his back turned. We’ve been to other locations and they are not doing this.
Rushed service!!!! Had a reservation and I wasn’t even done with my dinner when waiter asked what type of dessert id like. Then as I was still eating my dinner brought out my dessert and the bill.
Excellent social distancing being practiced, they made it work while making us feel safe to be dining out for Fathers Day! Great service and delicious food as always
The setup was excellent in order to still have the Benihana experience, but maintain safe distance. The food and service was excellent! Very happy we went!
our chef was amazing
It was definitely a unique experience, with only four people at the table and the chef preparing the food on the other table. However, the food still tasted amazing, and the service was great.
The food was delicious our cook Erik was excellent and really friendly. He made the experience enjoyable even with all the corona virus restrictions. They made us feel safe and welcomed.
Even though the service was a little different due to the virus the workers were very friendly and served great food

Tried coming back to in-house dining and this place was spectacular as always. We only had 5 people at the table and the chef prepared the food on the adjacent cooktop. Still same great experience but a little different. I've always thought this place was tastier dining in and not take out - so the wait was worth it.

Great for celebrating birthdays
Service was terrible. Very few people in restaurant, plenty of wait staff. Reservations were for 5:15, we had to wait until 5:30. We were only two at table. I ordered ice tea, served with no ice. Grandson ordered Root Beer, served in bottle with no glass. I asked for white rice didn’t get it until chef was finished with meal and I had to ask for it. Chef apologized for lackluster service. Very poor start in reopening.
We enjoyed our chef Erik very much. The food was amazing and the best part is we didn’t wait that long to be seated.
I think tht the music was too loud and the price jumped so much compared to encino benihana
I am usually a fan of this place but my families experience a couple nights ago fell way short of expectations. I blame a lot of this on COVID-19 since we are all trying to figure out the new normal. Good service though is not one of this things that should change. My server messed up our order and therefore we where short food. In addition it seems like their prices have went up 10-20%. This new reality will have me thinking is eating out really worth it. Probably my last time going there for awhile.
1st meal out after being in quarantine. Even with reservations had to wait 20-25 minutes. Good service.
We had a great time. All the new safety precautions are great. Will definitely be going back.
