This place has become so expensive it’s not even worth it anymore. I go there for my kids and special holidays because they love it, but constantly trying to upsell little kids without asking the parents resulting in ridiculous charges is unacceptable. 3 people- Two kids meal, one adult meal, one adult beverage. Came to over $200

came for my birthday. served my steak raw, and then served it again burnt. worst experience i’ve ever had at a hibachi restaurant. even the other guests were shocked. can thank shawn for that.

Service MUST get better. Waitress was far more concerned with closing procedures than servicing table. Drinks took forever & once dropped off, the waitress didn’t return for large tracks of time while cook prepared food for table (8people)/ 3 separate parties hibachi style. We have been to 8-10 different Benihana location across the country. This would be a LOW PERFORMER as a corporate location.
