Kinda crowded-awkward stuck w Random unfriendly guests at our table to celebrate my husband's bday. Server & chef were amazing !
Shrimp, scallop & steak awesome. Chicken ok. Drinks are pricey. Don't come staving. Be prepared for a longLONG dinner of waiting, but entertaining fun.
The cook didn’t do anything special and you could tell he was new. Very concentrated on his tricks which he couldn’t do right and didn’t interact with us.

While the steak with lobster tails and/or hibachi steak meal were served conveniently with a salad, onion soup, fried rice (addition), veggies and sherbert/ice cream; the portions were fairly small, and in my opinion the high prices of this restaurant should reflect the portion size served, but it doesn't. The hostess did not note my strawberry lemonade, she served water once and forgot our orders sherbet (we had to ask for these items, that we naturally wanted because we paid over $100). The customer service could have been better by reservation hostess also, because we in fact scheduled a reservation prior to our visit, but, had to wait anyway because it was not found in there system (scheduled through OpenTable online). Also, we decided on Benihana because we wanted the ultimate chef extrordinare catering tricks and feel but that was lacking also.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable time. Nina at the hostess stand was very accommodating with our tight schedule. We really appreciated it.
Fantastic chef. Food was cooked perfectly and he was very entertaining g. Our server was also fantastic.

We had Benny employees eat at our table and the waitress only paid attention to them. It was my Birthday to which made it even worse.

Great location, friendly staff and of course excellent food. We made reservations for Valentine's day a few weeks in advance and everything was PERFECT.
We had a good time. It was my girlfriend’s first time at Benihana and Jesus the chef made a great meal and put on a great show.
This place has gone downhill. I took my daughter for her 16th birthday and it seemed to be the theme of the night. We had a 730 reservation and still had to wait 30 mins. The party before us said they had been waiting for 45 mins. For the price and how busy they are...it was not reflected in the service, cleanliness or food. Everything in the bathroom was broken or out of product. The restaurant was super dirty and the only person who seemed to like their job was the hostess. My only positive comment is it's fun! The cook puts on a show for you. THE FOOD...is not very good and all of us did not feel well after we left. Very heavy on the oil and butter.

I waited 1 hour 15mins before the chef came out to prepare the food and live show. Also it was my birthday, when I tried to use the birthday coupon the waitress told me I would have to send it to the corporate office in order get the $30 off my meal. Which to me made no sense or to the other 4 people st the table who also were celebrating a birthday. I didn't even want the headache o. My birthday so I just didn't bother to ask anyone else about the coupon usage.
Great for our 4 year old! He loved it, very entertaining. He liked the "tricks" as he says, throwing food around is always fun for a little kid. He must enjoy seeing grownups play with their food! Definitely worth a repeat for his birthday or other special occasion. As for the grownups, meh. Food was very salty, buttery, and expensive. Nothing healthy on the menu. Not a place I would normally eat at and certainly not competitive with other dining options nearby.
Our reservation was at 7:30- took 30 minutes to get drinks and to even start on our food. As always the food is excellent- gotten a bit pricy though

Went for our 13 year Anniversary, very fun, delicious food, very good service. Our server Steven was very sweet and helpful. He also took our picture and I thought that was super nice of him.
