First, the food quality was very very low. Very cheap quality ingredients went into the meals and it showed in the end product. VERY underwhelming food experience. Our chef was introverted and shy. There was none of the razzle dazzle I'd promised my guests and that was apparent at other tables. We were seated in a windowless back room that was smoky and seated in creaky old, uncomfortable chairs. We arrived on time for our 6:45pm meal and were told we needed to wait 20-30minutes. We waited. It was very inconvenient as we had a child (with 8pm bedtime) with us. Waiting 25 minutes with a child is not great and getting that child to bed 1.5 hours late is a challenge. Did not know we would be signing for the above, We dont plan on returning.

After 1 hour we had only received our drinks and some steamed rice. When the issue was brought up with management we were told that our waiter hadn't put our order in timely. Once seated, our entire dining experience was 3 hours. At the end of our meal we were offered a $10 gift card that expires in a month and asked to write a review. We won't be visiting this location again.

Tables and chairs were greasy. Our chef performer was tame compared to other chefs who did lasers, more fire, and interacting.

We have been here many times throughout the years but never this close to closing time. I’ll refrain from having a big party reservation close to restaurant closing time again with the way the restaurant works with delays in between each course, especially on a weekday. Other than that food was excellent, chef was entertaining.

Making a reservation at OpenTable does nothing to guarantee a time. You are treated exactly the same way as a walk in - why bother having reservations? It’s false advertising. When we arrived, the hostess told us to sit in the bar and someone will come get us. Nope! No one came by so we didn’t know our name was called an hour and 15 minutes after our time and they took my name off their list. Horrible service!

Food tasted great, but it was a madhouse in the restaurant- children running around with hot stovetops on, floor had litter on it etc

Since we have been frequent customers for many years, I have overlooked the overcharges on our bill (twice), the dirty bathrooms, etc. However, after waiting for more than an hour for our reserved table last night it is clear this location is poorly managed. The hostess staff that had no control over their space and the manager did nothing to intervene with an entire waiting area of complaining guests. When finally seated we waited for another 40 minutes for our chef who clearly didn’t want to be there. A little customer service could have gone a long way in this instance. Unfortunately, there was none to be found.

We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. There was another family at our table celebrating a birthday also. We let our server know about that, but know celebrating for either of us after dinner. Were as the table next to us, they did and with the same server. I think her name was Kelly. What changed?
