Despite having a reservation at 7pm on Sat night for 9 people (for a birthday celebration) and arriving 10 minutes prior to our reservation time, we were forced to wait one hour before being seated. Furthermore, there were no apologies for the wait, and no accommodations were made. Aside from the wait, our chef was not interactive and didn’t even ask if we were celebrating any special occasion. Our most disappointing visit to Benihana.

Antonio was very good. Did a great job with our gluten free guest. Everything was cooked perfectly, and he was a charming showman.

Chef was great entertainment for the kids but service was slow, dishes dirty, and the restaurant was noisy and grubby.

The chief did a great job. The restaurant is too smoky, warm and noisy. The food are too salty. Overall is ok experience. I would prefer to sit on a table farther from other table, those tables are too close to each others. In addition, I expected to have my own family table for four to enjoy the dinner, however we need to share with other two guests. Both parties only can say at the side way mostly which defeats the purpose to watch the chief to perform while cooking.
