   The place was so noisy with kids screaming at the top of their lungs through the whole meal and kids coming up to our table and grabbing men's watches. It was a zoo. The meal was great but the lobster was not as good as last time. It was still great.

   Eddy, Our Chef and Food Was Amazing! But It Took 1hr After Seating for the Chef to Start Cooking. This May Have Been the Longest We Ever Waited. They Seemed to Have Been Shorthanded and It Was Pretty Crowded. They Kept Seating Customers at Tables and No Chefs. Every Table Waited Too Long for Chefs.

   Unfortunately we had an incredibly negative experience last night. The food took unreasonably long, and the chef was lacking-not sure if he was brand new or having an off day. The fried rice was bland and the meats were burned. He only cooked single items at a time. An hour into dinner we still hadn't received our main meats and had to leave early to make it to a play. The food and service were poor to say the least.

   It was meh. Teppanyaki in Jordan Landing is WAY BETTER. The service was about the only good thing this place had to offer. It’s not worth going downtown, finding parking, the price, or getting in and out of that location. Most chains are drying up and it wouldn’t surprise me if this one is next.

   Luis was awesome. Food was great, quick, and Luis was appropriately entertaining for our group of adults. We will ask for him in the future.

   Every time family and I come to eat it, it’s a great time. Especially want to recognize Ramon, Mario, and Rogelio for their service. Food always taste delicious!

   Hannah was great! Dustin, our server was working very hard and did a great job! Our Chef Ana did a fabulous job and our general manager was very nice, happy, energetic and personable. The staff that was cleaning the tables afterwards were very engaging and sweet! I would totally come back whenever in SLC!
