   Server was horrible. Ask our party if we need boxes and serve us the check while we are still eating. Rushing us to leave so then can serve next round of guest. Horrible experience!!! Not worth the price

   First time visiting this location, aside of how outdated and dirty it looked I stayed positive. The chef was not focused on the experience and got the orders mixed up my boyfriend ordered the filet mignon and she accidentally gave that to me, even though it was within the same party it still was disappointing because he asked for his with spice so we couldn’t trade because I don’t eat spicy. We thought maybe she would come out with a fresh piece since obviously that’s a specific cut but she did not! Also she miss calculated her portions. I would recommend better training because it was a weekday appointment and day time reservation she shouldn’t have been so overwhelmed

   The server Josh was not attentive at all. He came to our table over to ask if we needed anything and only because the chef had to get his attention. We usually have great service but this time it was not good. For the price of the plates, you expect great service. Food was good and the chef was great. She was friendly and always made sure everything tasted amazing.

   Food & service as always was great. However, this store is appearing run down. Corporate office really needs to invest in maintaining this location. The employees were great.

   Our table was not offered soy sauce or any sauce with our appetizer. Then, one of ordered steak fried and got chicken. They made it right by bringing out a steak fried rice later. No sauces were provided with our enteee. Had to get up and ask and the hibachi chicken was super over cooked and hard to eat. the chicken was cut into tiny pieces and some of them were a little burnt. Food was not worth returning to the bar side. Waiter was nice and apologetic but needs further training.

   Seems to me that the quality of food preparation has dropped in the last few years. Maybe the result of having trouble retaining experienced chefs. Lately it feels like many of the cooks are new to the job, and the quality of food prepared is not as consistently high.

    This particular Benihana suffers from several things now. They seem short-staffed. We had a reservation for 630 and by the time they got our order started was 715. The chef was late. He was very nice but we weren't in the mood for tricks as everyone had been sitting for almost an hour. The place was too smokey. They had some sort of plastic tubing throughout to perhaps help with the vents but it wasn't enough. It took forever to get drink orders filled, the order to be taken and a long time to wait before soup and salad. This was mostly a painful experience. The food was very good and the prices very expensive for the overall experience. Our waiter was "training" another waiter and they barely spoke English. The order taker had to repeat my order as he didn't get it right the first time. I'll pass on this place and look for another next time I'm in the mood for Beni.
