The food was very good, but the service was sub par. The show was not what we have come to expect. Not a lot of conversation or interaction. No one came and refilled our water or asked if we wanted anything else after the initial order and the other family at our table had to yell to get someone to cone.

Although we had to wait for the chef to arrive the customer service is top notch. Food is delicious. Would recommend and go back for a family gathering.

My experience tonight was horrible. The food was horrible. The service was horrible. I have been at Benihana’s for over six years today. I realize that this is not the restaurant that used to be. The service was horrible. My food was so cold. I was sitting at the bar. My food was freezing. My waiter did not wait on me. It took them forever to give me my food and not only I paid $200 for food that wasn’t good. The vegetables were not fresh. The manager walked around with an attitude after we tried to talk to me and my two friends, we tried to talk to him. He did not want to talk to us. I can’t believe the service I received tonight from Benihana’s. I will never be coming back.

Celebrated My MBA Graduation. Reservation Was Made For 7pm, We Didn’t Get Seated Until A Little After 7:35pm. Then We Had To Wait About An Hour & A Half For A Chef To Be Available . Our Server However Was AMAZING and Still Made My Time Special. The Food Thankfully Was DELICIOUS! I’ll Just Do Take Out Next Time.

It took 2.5 hours. We were at our table for just over an hour when the chef STARTED cooking. At least three of us at the table that ordered steak got a large piece of inedible fat cap on our plate.

Was seated at 4:30 food service never started till 6:00 only thing we had was a drink that was long gone. Never recieved our salad or soup. Then when chef came even though the food was good he cooked zucchini first then our steak and almost walked off with out cooking our rice till we reminded him. The waitress was non existent another waitress stepped in and took up her slack along with manager. It was a disaster never have I had a hibachi experience like it

We had a reservation and we were seated about 20 minutes later but then the chef didn’t even begin cooking for another 40 minutes. Our kids fell asleep before their food even made it to the table. Food was decent but not worth the wait at all.

My chef today was amazing. He took care of the entire table and made sure our birthday guest was well fed. He was extremely charming. His food was great, prepared in the finest quality and quantity. He is so funny. He made my friends happy and the environment was great. I was able to park my BMW in a good parking spot. The raspberry tea was great drink choice and I'll be coming here again for all of my birthdays.
