This was my second time visiting this location. I chose this restaurant for the experience. I had zero complaints on the first visit. The latest visit, where do I start? I had a 6:30 reservation for a party of 9, we arrived on time and were checked in. We were not seated until after 7 pm. No one acknowledged the long wait or that we are still waiting to get a table for you. The restaurant did not appear overly crowded. Here are the problems: soda was flat (sprite) No kid-friendly cups, (we had 4 under the age of 10 dining with us). The chef miscounted the number of zucchinis needed. White rice came out 20-30 minutes after the children started eating. The chef served them fried rice which was kind of him. The men's bathroom was terrible per my spouse. The only food that we ate together was the soup and salad. The other entrees were completed one at a time. I would have preferred the kids to have their meals first. The adults could have waited. Overall, this will be my last time dining at this establishment.

Our reservation was at 7:45pm . We got seated around 8:30pm . Our order was not taken until after 9:00pm. It took 45 minutes just for a chef to come out to cook the food. It was supposed to be a 6 course meal but we were not offered dessert, when we asked waiter about it, he stated he didn’t offer since they ran out of dessert. When asked to speak to manager, manager proceeded to act like he did not know what was going on and at first didn’t want to take any accountability . Chef had already stated the server got order wrong so that caused the long delay. The manager ended up giving us $20 off the bill and apologizing after my husband spoke with him again. Will not be returning to this location.

It was really amazing and I have an autistic , deaf child and she really enjoyed her self and the environment and staff were great as well .

Not a good experience. Part of our meal was not served and what was received was incorrect. We did not see the server for 20 minutes after meal was done. Shared concerns with management and nothing was done, no reduction in cost for missing meal items.

Our Waiter was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely will be back to dine in again. Food was amazing just wish our chef was more like the other chefs at the other guest tables.

The food was on the salty side. The chef didn’t seem to do all the normal things you’d expect at other hibachi places. Volcano came at the end of the meal prep. The server rarely came by and when serving the soup, her finger would be in the soup… price was on the higher side for what you got. But luckily was seated with 10 other people so that was good. The cocktail and fried rice was the best part, but the drinks were overpriced. Not sure if I will return, there are far better options nearby.

Visited for birthday but wait for service was way too long. Had reservation but still had to wait 30 min to be seated. 15 min later didn’t even have water at the table. Very irritating. Ended up leaving and going to another restaurant for a late night dinner.
